Daniel N. Persinger, 32, of 1030 Arsenal St., Room 223, was charged by Watertown police at 6:00 a.m. Monday with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Police said he grabbed and restrained Angela M. Persinger, Fort Drum, against her will in a 2004 Ford Taurus that he did not permission to operate at about 4:30 p.m. Sunday. He also allegedly damaged her Go-Phone during the incident, police said.

Mr. Persinger was arrested at Samaritan Medical Center and held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
