Police Blotter (Crime Report)
A Garden Grove doctor accused of inappropriately touching three female patients while performing medical exams has been set free on $100,000 bail.
Prosecutors say David Hung Do was released Monday after being charged with three felony counts of sexual battery.
Do, a doctor at Kaiser Permanente in La Palma and Anaheim, is accused of inappropriately touching the patients between July 2007 and June.
Anaheim police Sgt. Rick Martinez says one woman felt pain to the neck and shoulder, but Do touched her in an area "that was not even close" to where the pain was. He says the touching was unnecessary and unrelated to the medical treatment.
Do was arrested Friday at his home in Garden Grove. His arraignment has not been scheduled.
