Kerin Jane Lucas          
Resident of Belmont Kerin Jane Lucas, age 59, passed away on Aug. 20, 2008. She was born in San Francisco and lived in Belmont for 38 years. Kerin was a graduate of Mills High School and UC Berkeley, was a championship age group swimmer and worked 20 years for the County of San Mateo as a medical transcriptionist. Her hobbies included swimming, walking and bird watching. Kerin is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Jerry, mother Dorothy Sparks and sister Julie. She had cultivated many deep, long lasting friendships throughout her life. Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Tuesday, Aug. 20, 1pm at Crippen & Flynn Carlmont Chapel, 1111 Alameda de las Pulgas, Belmont.
