Frank Oncina Renowned jeweler Frank Oncina passed away June 16, 2008, at the age
of 84, after a long battle with heart disease. Born in San Francisco in 1923.
Frank was a loving husband of 59 years to wife Marilyn. Together they had four
children: Christine (Tom) Lerone, Lynn Hill, Martin (Michelle) Oncina and
Gregory Oncina; and grandchildren: Ann Marie (Mike) Fullmore, Ryan Lerone, Taryn
Hill, Taylor Hill and Alex Oncina; and great-grandson, Parker Fullmore. Frank
opened his first jewelry store in San Francisco in 1955 and retired from his
Burlingame store in 1990. He passed on his love of jewelry to his children who
are continuing his jewelry legacy. Frank was very proud of his family and loved
to be around family and friends. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense
of humor, generosity and love of life. The family will be holding a private
memorial service. In lieu of donations, please send your favorite memory of
