Virginia, 82, a native of Mulberry, Arkansas and 65 year resident of Santa Clara Co. passed away Friday morning. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years Sam Carlino, Sr. She is survived by her son Sam Carlino, Jr. and his wife Adila; two beloved grandchildren Olivia and Ella; brother Jack Fuller of Oregon; sister Kate Lovett; and many nieces and nephews. Virginia was the most giving mother and friends to all. She was the Matriarch of Sam's BBQ. "Her kitchen was always open." She will be missed by all she touched. Friends and family are invited to visit Wed. Feb. 15th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N Winchester Blvd. Entombment will be Thurs. Feb. 16th at 11 a.m. at the Santa Clara Mission Cemetery St. Joseph Mausoleum, 490 Lincoln St. 95050.

Entered into rest on December 1, 2011 at the age of 76. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary, his children Celeste and Steven Cook and their spouses', beloved grandfather of 5 grandchildren, and a loving sister and 4 brothers in Arizona.

He will be laid to eternal peace at sea. A memorial mass will be held on January 7, 2012. Donations in his name may be made to Alzheimer's Association

Age 72. Born Dec. 5, 1938, in Fresno, CA, to Garnard and Gladys McNeece, Joan passed away October 17, 2011, in Liberty Lake, WA. Joan attended Fresno State College in Fresno, CA. In 1968 she married John Archer. She resided in Campbell, CA for 30 years, Eugene, OR for ten years, and spent the last three years in Liberty Lake, WA. She was employed by a missionary organization, Partners International, for 30 years, and also worked for ten years at Mt. Hermon Conference Ground. Her interests were home making, computers and genealogy. She loved to travel, take day trips, garden, and study the Bible. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Eugene, OR.

Joan is survived by her husband of 43 years, John of Liberty Lake, WA; sons, Jeff (Ellen) Archer of Priest River, ID, and Jim Archer of Jacksonville, OR; two grandsons; one great-granddaughter; and sister, Marilyn Wakefield of Eugene, OR. She is preceded in death by her parents; her father-in-law, Thomas E. Archer; and sister-in-law, Joan E. Archer.

Services have been held.
