Sheriff's deputies find narcotics in Chino home

Sheriff's deputies served a search warrant and arrested a Chino man Saturday night following an investigation.
Walter Jefferson, 34, was arrested about 10:45 p.m. at his home in the 12000 block of Park Avenue on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, Sgt. Gary Stewart from the Chino Hills station said.

San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies from the Chino Hills station went to the residence with a signed search warrant. Inside, they found illegal narcotics, which Jefferson admitted to sheriff's deputies were his.

Jefferson is a dentist who has an office in Riverside.
