very bad experience with receptionist
mommom today afternoon i went to el camino hospital.i had a very bad experience with the person who sat on the reception desk.(i don't know her name.but today(Aug-04-2008) between 3:30 to 4:30 pm).she is really going to spoil the name of the el camino hospitl.she is is not at all fit to sit in hospital reception.she is not behaving professionally.the person who was in the same room told me that she also had the bad experience with the same person.but the doctors were really good.
