GALLEGOS, LILLIAN AUGUSTINA Ms. Gallegos, of Chula Vista, a retired Executive Secretary died this past Thursday. Services will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 5th, St. Rose of Lima Church, Chula Vista. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be sent in her name to San Diego Alzheimers Association, 4950 Murphy Canyon Rd. Ste. 250, San Diego, CA 92123.
