Vandalism - Ainsworth Drive
Between 5:00 PM on 5/17 and 10:30 AM on 5/18, unknown suspect(s)
spray painted a restroom door at Stevens Creek Elementary on
Ainsworth Drive. The amount of the damage is about $150.

Vehicle Burglary - De Anza Boulevard
Between 7:45 PM and 9:15 PM on 5/12, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Mandarin Gourmet on De
Anza Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a suitcase containing a laptop
for a total loss of about $2250.

Vandalism - Blaney Avenue
Between 3:00 PM on 5/10 and 5:30 AM on 5/11, unknown suspect(s)
poured paint onto church property at Peninsula Bible Church on Blaney
Avenue. The amount of the damage was about $2450.

Petty Theft - Pruneridge Avenue
Between 6:30 PM on 5/10 and 9:00 AM on 5/12, unknown suspect(s)
entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 19000 block of Pruneridge
Avenue. The suspect(s) took a portable air compressor, sunglasses,
cell phone charger and an Apple IPOD adapter for a total loss of
about $270.

Vehicle Burglary - Pruneridge Avenue
Between 8:40 PM on 5/12 and 8:40 AM on 5/13, unknown suspect(s) used
an unknown device to unlock a vehicle parked at The Hamptons on
Pruneridge Avenue. The suspect(s) took a stroller, watch, sunglasses,
baseball cards and a golf bag for a total loss of about $650.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 7:00 PM on 5/12 and 10:00 AM on 5/13, unknown suspect(s)
broke through the driver's window of a vehicle parked at Metropolitan
Condominiums on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a GPS
unit worth about $400.

Registration Fraud/Unlicensed Driver - Wolfe Road and Vallco Parkway
At 9:45 PM on 5/14, deputies stopped a motorist at Wolfe Road and
Vallco Parkway for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation
revealed the driver committed registration fraud and was unlicensed.
The driver was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Pruneridge Avenue
Between 11:00 PM on 5/15 and 8:05 AM on 5/16, unknown suspect(s)
broke through the rear window of a vehicle parked at Ariosa
Apartments on Pruneridge Avenue. The suspect(s) took a windsurfing
kite and vest worth about $499.

Criminal Threats/Robbery/Battery - Wolfe Road
At 1:30 PM on 5/17, the suspect physically fought with the victim in
the Sears parking lot on Wolfe Road. The suspect took the victim's
cell phone and made criminal threats towards the victim. The suspect
was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Vandalism - Linda Vista Drive and Evulich Place
Between 12:01 AM on 5/10 and 1:00 PM on 5/12, unknown suspect(s)
broke the rear passenger window of a vehicle parked on Linda Vista
Drive and Evulich Place. The amount of the damage was about $240.

Petty Theft - Janice Avenue
At 7:00 PM on 5/9, unknown suspect(s) took an Apple IPOD from a
residence in the 22000 block of Janice Avenue. The IPOD had an
unknown value.

Vehicle Burglary - Estates Drive and Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 8:30 PM and 10:40 PM on 5/13, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Estates Drive and
Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a laptop and digital
camera for a total loss of about $2000.

Vandalism - Judy Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 10:00 AM on 5/9 and 10:00 AM on 5/14, unknown suspect(s) used
rocks to break several windows of a vacant residence on Judy Avenue
and Stevens Creek Boulevard. The amount of the damage is about $800.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM on 5/13, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Cupertino City Center on
Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit worth about
$550.

Counterfeit Money - De Anza Boulevard
At 1:45 PM on 5/14, a customer used a counterfeit bill to purchase
food at Taco Bell on De Anza Boulevard. The customer received the
counterfeit bill from the suspect. The suspect(s) is still at large.

Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 2:00 PM on 5/14, the victim was laying down in the backseat of a
vehicle with the windows down parked at Zeng Technologies Parking Lot
on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect reached into the vehicle and
took a purse containing a wallet, driver's license, credit cards and
jewelry for a total loss of about $902. The suspect fled and is still
at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM on 5/13, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the driver's window of a vehicle parked at Symantec on Stevens Creek
Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit worth about $400.

Misuse of a Disabled Placard - Torre Avenue
At 10:00 AM on 5/17, deputies contacted the driver of a parked
vehicle in a disabled space at the Cupertino Library on Torre Avenue.
Subsequent investigation revealed the driver used someone else's
disabled placard. The driver was cited and released.

Criminal Threats - De Anza Boulevard
At 8:30 PM on 5/19, the suspect made criminal threats towards the
victim at Yiasso Restaurant on De Anza Boulevard. The suspect is
still at large.
