Between 4:00 AM on 7/27, and 7:30 PM on 8/3, unknown suspect(s) entered
a residence in the 10000 block of Empire Avenue using an unknown method.
The suspect(s) ate food, used the shower, watched TV and did the laundry
for an unknown total amount of loss.

Credit Card Theft - City of Cupertino
On 1/17, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's credit card in Las
Vegas for a total loss of about $69. The victim lives in Cupertino.

Petty/Credit Card Theft - Homestead Road
Between 5:50 PM, and 8:20 PM on 8/7, unknown suspect(s) stole a wallet
containing credit cards from a purse at TJ Maxx on Homestead Road using
an unknown method. The suspect(s) used the credit cards in Cupertino,
Sunnyvale and Fremont for a total loss of about $2144.
(ARREST)Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stelling Road
At 11:00 AM on 8/9, the suspect borrowed a cell phone from the victim at
a bus stop on Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stelling Road. The suspect
left with the cell phone for a total loss of about $80. Later the
suspect was arrested in San Jose and booked into Main Jail.

Vehicle Burglary - Wolfe Road
Between 1:00 PM and 2:20 PM on 8/4, unknown suspect(s) broke through the
passenger and driver's side windows of a vehicle parked at Ranch 99
Market on Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) took two laptops for a total loss
of about $4000.
Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road
Between 6:50 PM and 9:00 PM on 8/4, unknown suspect(s) broke through the
driver's side window of a vehicle parked at Gochi Japanese Fusion
Restaurant on Homestead Road. The suspect(s) took a laptop and the bag
for a total loss of about $2950.

Petty Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 12:30 PM and 5:10 PM on 8/3, unknown suspect(s) took a locked
bicycle from in front of JCPenney on Wolfe Road. The bicycle was worth
about $200.
Petty Theft - Pruneridge Avenue
Between 5:00 PM on 7/28 and 6:30 PM on 8/4, unknown suspect(s) took a
locked bicycle from a parking garage in the 19000 block of Pruneridge
Avenue. The total amount of loss was about $185.
Grand Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 12:10 PM and 2:20 PM on 8/7, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked at Cupertino Square on Wolfe Road. The
suspect(s) took assorted tools worth about $1600.
Vehicle Burglary - Wolfe Road
Between 11:30 PM on 8/8 and 11:45 AM on 8/9, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Courtyard by
Marriot on Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) took a bag containing assorted
paperwork for a total loss of about $300.

(ARREST)Residential Burglary/Conspiracy/Possession of Burglary Tools -
Linda Vista Place
At 8:30 AM on 8/4, deputies responded to a call of a burglary in
progress at a residence in the 22000 block of Linda Vista Place.
Deputies stopped the suspects. Subsequent investigation revealed six
suspects committed burglary, conspiracy and were in possession of
burglary tools. Two suspects were arrested and booked into Main Jail,
three suspects were cited and released to their parents and one suspect
fled and is at large.
Vandalism - Murano Circle
Between 7:30 PM on 8/3 and 8:30 AM on 8/4, unknown suspect(s) broke the
driver's side window to a vehicle parked in the 11000 block of
Murano Circle. The total amount of damage was about $250.
(ARREST)Minor in Possession of Alcohol/Marijuana - Sierra Spring Court
and Placer Spring Court
At 12:12 PM on 8/6, deputies responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle
at Sierra Spring Court and Placer Spring Court. Subsequent investigation
revealed three minors in possession of Marijuana and alcohol. The
suspects were cited and released.
Stolen/Recovered Vehicle/Credit Card Theft - Bubb Road
Between 6:00 PM and 7:57 PM on 8/7, the suspect took unattended keys
from the Kennedy Middle School basketball courts on Bubb Road. The
suspect used the keys to steal a vehicle containing a wallet. The
suspect used credit cards from the wallet in Cupertino for an unknown
amount. Deputies attempted to stop the suspect near De Anza Boulevard
and Silverado Avenue but the suspect fled and is at large. The vehicle
was recovered.
Stolen Vehicle - Stelling Road
Between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on 8/8, the suspect took unattended keys
from Good Shepherd Church on Stelling Road. The suspect used the keys to
steal a vehicle. The vehicle had an unknown value.
Stolen/Recovered Vehicle/Credit Card Theft - Bubb Road
Between 3:30 PM and 7:30 PM on 8/8, the suspect took unattended keys
from Kennedy Middle School basketball courts on Bubb Road. The suspect
used the keys to steal a vehicle containing a wallet. The suspect used
credit cards from the wallet in Sunnyvale for about $195. Later in the
evening the vehicle was recovered in the 20000 block of Wilkinson Drive.

(ARREST)Parole Violation - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Saich Way
At 4:42 PM on 8/6, deputies stopped two bicyclists at Stevens Creek
Boulevard and Saich Way for a traffic violation. Subsequent
investigation revealed one of the subjects was in violation of Parole.
The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Grand Theft/Vehicle Tampering - Candlewood Drive
Between 2:00 PM on 7/31 and 9:00 AM on 8/2, unknown suspect(s) took the
catalytic converter from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Candlewood
Drive. The total amount of loss was about $1200.
Vehicle Burglary - Bollinger Road
Between 5:25 PM and 6:40 PM on 8/3, unknown suspect(s) broke through the
passenger side window of a vehicle parked at West Valley Presbyterian
Church on Bollinger Road. The suspect(s) took a purse containing a
wallet and credit cards for a total loss of about $874.
(ARREST)Misappropriation of Found Property/ Possession of Marijuana
-Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stern Avenue
At 9:06 PM on 8/3, deputies stopped a motorist at Stevens Creek
Boulevard and Stern Avenue for a traffic violation. Subsequent
investigation revealed the driver misappropriated found property and was
in possession of Marijuana. The suspect was cited and released.
Vehicle Burglary - Fallen Leaf Lane
Between 7:00 PM on 8/4, and 8:00 AM on 8/5, unknown suspect(s) entered a
vehicle parked in the 7000 block of Fallen Leaf Lane using an unknown
method. The suspect(s) took unknown items for an unknown amount of loss.
Vandalism - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 2:30 PM on 8/2 and 8:45 AM on 8/3, unknown suspect(s) damaged a
sign at Meridian REIC on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The total amount of
damage was about $1300.
Robbery - De Anza Boulevard
AT 9:50 AM on 8/6, the suspect demanded money from the teller at Wells
Fargo Bank on De Anza Boulevard with a note. The suspect fled and is at
large. The total amount of loss was about $4737.
Vandalism - De Anza Boulevard
Between 10:15 PM on 8/8 and 9:00 AM on 8/9, unknown suspect(s) broke a
window at Kentucky Fried Chicken on De Anza Boulevard with a rock. The
total amount of damage was about $1200.
