I am a UC merit-based scholarship winner and I was accepted to UC Berkeley, Davis, and San Diego for undergraduate admission (major in Biochemistry). In addition, I received several national-level fellowship awards in both science and medicine and was invited into several Honor Societies while at college. Due to my experience, I have learned how to write outstanding personal statements and application essays. I have also completed post-graduate training in College Admissions at UC Berkeley and have been trained to grade personal statements. Since 2001, I have been helping high school students gain acceptance to their dream schools. I can provide high school students with professional suggestions for the college application process.

I understand that many students have difficulty writing their personal statements for college applications. I can get you started by brainstorming and helping you develop your own ideas. We can go over sample essays that were accepted by Stanford, UCB, and UCLA...etc. to give you ideas and to show how to write your personal statement.

For grades 9 through 11, I have received training in career counseling. Choosing a college major is very important and I am trained to help students find a career/major that they will enjoy. Together, we can create a list of colleges that you wish to apply to and I can help you improve your resume to make you a better applicant. Also, I would be glad to help any student that has questions about preparing for the SAT.

I offer college admission consulting for grades 9 to 12. The College Admission Counseling is offered as a package (for both UC application and non-UC application). In order to give students/parents an easy start, it is $200 for the first session without buying the entire package. If you would like to continue after our first session, then you may buy the entire package. With my education in College Admission and my experience as an outstanding scholarship winner, I can help you on your college application process.
