Grand Theft - Santa Clara Avenue
Between 4:49 PM and 6:00 PM on 9/1, the suspect, an ex-roommate, took
assorted tools and electronics from a residence in the 10000 block of
Santa Clara Avenue. The total amount of loss was about $1385. The
suspect fled and is at large.

Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 10:30 AM and 10:35 AM on 10/20, unknown suspect(s) took a laptop
from an unattended grocery cart at Whole Foods on Stevens Creek
Boulevard. The laptop was worth about $1200.

Vehicle Burglary - Holly Tree Lane
Between 11:00 PM on 10/24 and 9:00 AM on 10/25, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the driver's side window of a vehicle parked in the 11000
block of Holly Tree Lane. The vehicle was searched only, nothing was
taken.

Petty Theft - De Anza Boulevard
Between 11:00 AM and 3:30 PM on 10/21, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked at Apple Computers on De Anza Boulevard. The
suspect(s) took an iPod worth about $250.

(ARREST)Possession of a Controlled Substance - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 11:46 AM on 10/22, deputies responded to a call of suspicious persons
at University of San Francisco extension on Stevens Creek Boulevard.
Deputies stopped the subjects. Subsequent investigation revealed one
suspect was in possession of a controlled substance. The suspect was
arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road
Between 7:00 PM and 9:53 PM on 10/23, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger side window of a vehicle parked in the 19000 block of
Homestead Road. The suspect(s) took a laptop and the bag for a total
loss of about $2050.

Vehicle Burglary - Wolfe Road
Between 8:55 PM and 9:10 PM on 10/24, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the driver's side window of a vehicle parked at Cupertino Square on
Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit and cell phone for a total
loss of about $250.

Stolen Vehicle - Wolfe Road
Between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM on 10/20, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle
parked at Cupertino Square on Wolfe Road. The vehicle had an unknown
value.

(ARREST)Minor in Possession of Alcohol - Wolfe Road
At 12:15 AM on 10/25, deputies responded to a call of a suspicious
vehicle at Cupertino Square on Wolfe Road. Deputies located the vehicle
parked in the parking lot. Subsequent investigation revealed the driver
was a minor in possession of alcohol. The suspect was cited and
released.

Stolen Vehicle - Wolfe Road
Between 3:00 PM and 8:30 PM on 10/25, unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle
parked at Cupertino Square on Wolfe Road. The vehicle had an unknown
value.

(ARREST)Sex Offender Registration Violation - De Anza Boulevard and
McClellan Road
At 7:14 PM on 10/21, deputies stopped two bicyclists at De Anza
Boulevard and McClellan Road for a traffic violation. Subsequent
investigation revealed one of the subjects was in violation of their sex
offender registration. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main
Jail.

(ARREST)Battery - Greenwood Court
At 9:55 AM on 10/19, the suspect fought with the victim at a residence
in the 10000 block of Greenwood Court. Deputies stopped the suspect. The
suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Petty Theft - Barnhart Avenue
Between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM on 10/21, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked in the 18000 block of Barnhart Avenue. The
suspect(s) took the vehicle's stereo worth about $80.

Vehicle Burglary - Richwood Drive
Between 7:30 PM and 8:45 PM on 10/21, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the rear window of a vehicle parked at Sushi Kitsho on Richwood Drive.
The suspect(s) took a laptop and the bag containing gift cards and
assorted electronic items for a total loss of about $1085.

Petty Theft - Bollinger Road
Between 8:00 AM and 4:54 PM on 10/22, unknown suspect(s) took an
unlocked bicycle from the bike racks at Hyde Middle School on Bollinger
Road. The bicycle was worth about $300.

Vehicle Burglary - Tantau Avenue
Between 5:00 PM on 10/24 and 6:30 AM on 10/25, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the driver's side window of a vehicle parked in the 800
block of Tantau Avenue. The suspect(s) took two backpacks for a total
loss of about $40.
