Identity Theft - De Anza Boulevard
Between 4/24 and 4/26, unknown suspect(s) opened an online account to
access the victim's bank account and made $23,000 of unauthorized
transactions. The victim holds their bank account at EastWest Bank,
located on De Anza Boulevard.
Counterfeit/Burglary/Conspiracy - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 4/29 and 5/2, two suspects passed counterfeit bills at multiple
locations in the bay area, including Target located on Stevens Creek
Boulevard. One of the suspects has been identified and is at large.
(ARREST)Stolen Vehicle - Mary Avenue
At 4:00 PM on 5/3, Deputies observed a vehicle traveling on Homestead
Road near its intersection with Mary Avenue. Further investigation
revealed the vehicle had been reported stolen. Deputies stopped the
vehicle, arrested and booked the driver into the Main Jail.
Grand Theft - Celeste Circle
Between 1:30 PM and 5:00 PM on 5/3, an identified suspect took a laptop
from the victim's residence, who lives in the 20000 block of Celeste
Circle. The suspect later returned the laptop to the victim who no
longer desired criminal prosecution of the suspect.
Driver in Possession of Marijuana - Mary Avenue and Homestead Road
At 8:09 AM on 5/4, Deputies stopped a motorist near the intersection of
Mary Avenue and Homestead Road. Further investigation revealed the
driver was in possession of marijuana. The driver was cited and
released.

Stolen Vehicle - Infinite Loop
Between 4/27 at about 9:45 AM and 5/1 at about 1:41 PM, unknown
suspect(s) took a vehicle from Apple Computer's parking lot, located at
1 Infinite Loop.
Theft By Credit Card - Wolfe Road
Between 3/26 and 4/30, unknown suspect(s) added a credit card to the
victim's existing JCPenney's account and charged a total of about $2,415
to the account at various locations in the east bay area. The victim
lives in Cupertino.
Grand Theft - Blaney Avenue
Between 5/2 at 5:00 PM and 5/3 at 5:00 AM, unknown suspect(s) entered a
PG&E corporate yard located on Blaney Avenue and took about $3,000 of
copper wire and miscellaneous tools. The unknown suspect(s)' method of
entry into the yard is unknown.

Commercial Burglary - Wolfe Road
Between 4/30 at 9:20 PM and 5/1 at 7:40 AM, unknown suspect(s) entered
Ranch 99 Market located on Wolfe Road by smashing a glass side door. The
suspect(s) gained entry into the Market's upstairs office by prying open
its door. No items were taken.
Petty Theft/Narcotics Registration Violation - Wolfe Road
At 5:27 PM on 5/1, an identified suspect took about $120 of jewelry from
Sears located on Wolfe Road. The suspect was also a Narcotics Registrant
and had failed to update their address in violation of narcotics
registration requirements. The suspect fled the scene and remains at
large.
Vehicle Burglary - Wolfe Road
Between 6:50 PM and 7:10 PM on 5/3, unknown suspects smashed the driver
side rear door window of a vehicle that was parked in JCPenney's parking
lot on Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) took a laptop, rental vehicle bar code
scanner and a briefcase, all of which had an unknown value.
Vehicle Burglary - Wolfe Road
Between 6:00 PM and 8:50 PM on 5/3, unknown suspect(s) smashed the
driver side rear door sindow of a vehicle that was parked in JCPenney's
parking lot on Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) took car keys, a set of
building keys, a briefcase, and a calculator which totaled about $600 in
value.
Vandalism - Wolfe Road
Between 12:35 AM and 1:30 AM on 5/4, unknown suspect(s) damaged a
fountain drink dispenser, cabinet door and countertop at the Cinnabon
store inside of Vallco Mall, located on Wolfe Road. The cost to repair
the damage was estimated at about $2,950.
Vehicle Vandalism - Wolfe Road
Between 5/3 at 11:30 PM and 5/4 at 2:50 AM, unknown suspect(s) damaged
the victim's vehicle while it was parked in Vallco Mall's east parking
lot, located on Wolfe Road. The estimated $2,000 of damage consisted of
a broken driver's side mirror and a dented driver side door.
Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 4/3 and 5/3 at 9:00 PM, unknown suspect(s) took the victim's
bicycle from a locked bicycle locker underneath his apartment building
located in the 19000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. The method of
entry into the bicycle locker is unknown. The bicycle had a value of
about $1,225.
(ARREST)Embezzlement - Wolfe Road
Between 3/31 and 4/24, an employee of JCPenney, located on Wolfe Road,
took $290 from the store's cash register. The employee was booked into
the Main Jail.
Stolen Vehicle - Wolfe Road
Between 1:30 PM and 3:10 PM on 5/4, unknown suspect(s) took a vehicle
from the Sears parking garage, located on Wolfe Road.

Vehicle Vandalism - Lockwood Drive
Between 4/28 at 11:00 PM and 4/29 at 4:00 PM, unknown suspect(s) used an
unknown object to scratch the paint on a vehicle that was parked on the
street in the 10000 block of Lockwood Drive. The scratch marks caused an
estimated $4,000 of damage.
(ARREST)Battery - Voss Avenue
At 12:30 PM on 5/5, two patients at Cupertino Health and Wellness
Center, located on Voss Avenue, physically fought with one another. One
of the involved patients was cited and released.

(ARREST)Commercial Burglary/False Filing of a Police Report - Stelling
Road and Stevens Creek Boulevard
At about 7:36 PM on 5/1, Deputies responded to the area of Stelling Road
and Stevens Creek Boulevard on report of a stolen bicycle. Further
investigation revealed the suspect had falsely reported the theft of his
bicycle and had stolen an alcoholic beverage from CVS Pharmacy, located
on De Anza Boulevard. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main
Jail.
Theft By False Pretenses - City of Cupertino
At 10:20 AM on 5/3, the victim received a telephone call from an unknown
suspect who was pretending to be the victim's son-in-law. The unknown
suspect told the victim he had been involved in a traffic collision and
needed retribution money to give to the other parties involved in the
collision. The victim wired $2,375 to the country of Peru. The victim
lives in Cupertino.
Residential Burglary - Olive Avenue
On 5/2 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, unknown suspect(s) entered a
residence in the 21000 block of Olive Avenue through an unlocked bedroom
window. The suspect(s) took about $3,000 of jewelry.

Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM on 5/1, unknown suspect(s) took the victim's
wallet from her shopping cart at TJMaxx located on Stevens Creek
Boulevard. The wallet contained credit and access cards and $80 in cash.
Theft By Credit Card - City of Cupertino
Between 4/24 and 4/26, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's debit card
number at gas stations located in the states of Virginia and Tennessee.
The charges totaled a loss of $986 to the victim, who works at Keypoint
Credit Union on De Anza Boulevard.
Identity Theft - City of Cupertino
Between 1/1 and 4/1, unknown suspect(s) opened a credit card account in
the victim's name and charged about $14,162 to the account. The victim
lives in Cupertino.
Vehicle Burglary - Wildflower Way
Between 5/3 at 11:30 PM and 5/4 at 11:00 AM, unknown suspect(s) smashed
a rear driver side window on a vehicle that was parked in the 7000 block
of Wildflower Way. The suspect(s) took a bag and a calculator which had
a total value of about $240.

Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 4/28 at 4:00 PM and 4/30 at 7:00 AM, unknown suspect(s) used a
key to enter a tool storage room located at an apartment complex in the
20000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took tools, hand
held radios, a key duplicator and portable air conditioners which had a
total value of about $4,550.
Identity Theft - City of Cupertino
Between 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM on 4/30, unknown suspect(s) used the
victim's personal identifying information to open a credit card in the
victim's name. The victim did not sustain any monetary loss, the victim
is a Cupertino resident.
Vehicle Burglary - Gascoigne Drive
Between 4/30 at 8:00 PM and 5/1 at 8:30 AM, unknown suspect(s) entered
two locked vehicles parked in the 10700 block of Gascoigne Drive by an
unknown method of entry. From one of the vehicles, the suspect(s) took a
cell phone charger, tripod, athletic equipment, and computer networking
cables for a total loss of about $330.
Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 6:30 PM and 7:57 PM on 5/1, unknown suspect(s) entered a locked
vehicle that was parked in a parking lot located in the 19000 block of
Stevens Creek Boulevard by smashing through a passenger side door
window. The suspect(s) took an Apple iPad that had a value of about
$500.
Vehicle Burglary - Rayla Court
Between 4/30 at 8:30 PM and 5/1 at 6:30 AM, unknown suspect(s) entered a
locked vehicle that was parked in the 18000 block of Rayla Court by an
unknown method. The suspect(s) took a blue tooth, tennis racket, music
CD's, and tools totaling about $720 in value.
Residential Burglary - Torre Avenue
On 5/4 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, unknown suspect(s) entered an
apartment located in the 10000 block of Torre Avenue through its locked
front door. The suspect(s) took a laptop computer, camera, and backpack
which totaled about $1,830 in value. The method of entering through the
locked front door is unknown.
