Between 12:00 PM and 1:15 PM on 8/28, unknown suspect(s) entered four
unlocked offices at Hewlett Packard on Vallco Parkway. The suspect(s)
took two cell phones, three laptops, and two wallets containing
credit cards for a total loss of about $2600.
Identity Theft/Forgery/Possession of Forged Documents - City of
Cupertino
Between 4/1 and 8/25, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's
information to acquire checks from the victim's equity line. The
suspect(s) forged the checks in the victim's name in Reseda for a
total loss of about $119000. The victim lives in Cupertino.
Public Intoxication - Rainbow Drive
At 12:23 AM on 8/28 deputies responded to a call at Rainbow Court and
Rainbow Drive of disturbance. Subsequent investigation revealed that
a subject was unable to care for himself due to being under the
influence of an alcoholic beverage. The subject was arrested and
booked into Main Jail.
Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 12:30 PM and 1:15 PM on 8/31, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked in the 20000 block of Stevens Creek
Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a backpack containing a checkbook,
tools and medical kit for a total loss of about $400.
Vehicle Burglary - Wunderlich Drive
Between 9:00 PM on 8/24 and 10:30 AM on 8/25, unknown suspect(s)
broke through the driver's side window of a vehicle parked in the
10000 block of Wunderlich Drive. The suspect(s) took text books,
tools and a game for a total loss of about $205.
Stolen Vehicle - Wunderlich Drive
Between 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM on 8/25, unknown suspect(s) stole a
trailer parked in front of a residence in the 10000 block of
Wunderlich Drive. The trailer had an unknown value.
Probation Violation/Child Endangerment/ Possession/Sales of a
Controlled Substance - Gascoigne Drive
At 6:30 PM on 8/27, deputies responded to a call in the 10000 block
of Gascoigne Drive to assist in a probation search. Subsequent
investigation revealed the suspect was in violation of probation,
possession and selling controlled substances and committing child
endangerment. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Identity Theft - City of Cupertino
Between 8/16 and 8/25, unknown suspect(s) changed the information on
the victim's credit card to an address in Brooklyn and used it in
Palo Alto for about $1640. The victim lives in Cupertino.
Vehicle Burglary - Parkwood Drive
Between 1:30 AM and 7:45 AM on 8/28, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger side window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of
Parkwood Drive. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit worth about $200.
Stolen Vehicle - Wunderlich Drive
Between 12:00 AM and 1:15 AM on 8/29, unknown suspect(s) stole a
motorcycle parked in front of a residence in the 10000 block of
Wunderlich Drive. The motorcycle was worth about $7500.
Stolen Vehicle - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Perimeter Road
Between 9:00 PM and 9:42 PM on 8/30, the suspect stole a vehicle
parked in front of a residence at Stevens Creek Boulevard and
Perimeter Road. The suspect was cited and released to his parents.
