Grand Theft/Credit Card Theft - Alves Drive
Between 5:45 AM and 6:30 AM on 6/9, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked at YMCA on Alves Drive. The suspect(s) took a
bag containing a wallet with a driver's license and credit cards, a
cell phone and cash for a total loss of about $420. The suspect(s)
used the credit cards in San Jose for about $3.

Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road
Between 8:00 PM on 6/8 and 6:45 AM on 6/9, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger window of a vehicle parked in the 21000 block
of Homestead Road. The suspect(s) took a wallet containing two credit
cards worth about $30.

Assault and Battery - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 3:55 PM on 6/10, the suspect physically fought with the victim at
Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect fled and is at large.
Both were employed at Target.

Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 4:00 PM and 5:18 PM on 6/13, unknown suspect(s) took the
victim's laptop from Starbucks on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The laptop
was worth about $871.

Residential Burglary - Portal Avenue
Between 9:00 AM and 5:50 PM on 6/12, unknown suspect(s) entered a
residence in the 10000 block of Portal Avenue through the rear
sliding doors. The suspect(s) took a T.V., video game systems and
games, photo albums, digital camera and an Apple IPOD for a total
loss of about $5070.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM on 6/13, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Azuma's Restaurant on
Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a laptop with the bag
worth about $1240.


Vehicle Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 9:00 AM and 6:05 PM on 6/9, unknown suspect(s) took a vehicle
parked at Cupertino Square Shopping Center on Wolfe Road. The value
of the vehicle was unknown.

Reckless Driving - Homestead Road & Wolfe Road
At 10:40 AM on 6/10, the suspect committed reckless driving at
Homestead Road and Wolfe Road. Deputies stopped the suspect. The
suspect was cited and released.

Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 8:00 PM on 5/25 and 12:00 PM on 6/8, unknown suspect(s) took
a locked bicycle from the 19000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. The
bicycle was worth about $529.

Conspiracy/Commerci al Burglary - Wolfe Road
At 10:50 AM on 6/10, four unknown suspects took about $5000 worth of
items from Sears on Wolfe Road. The suspects fled and are at large.

Grand Theft - Pruneridge Avenue
Between 10:00 PM on 6/10 and 12:00 PM on 6/11, unknown suspect(s)
took a locked bicycle from The Hamptons on Pruneridge Avenue. The
bicycle was worth about $1254.

Commercial Burglary - Wolfe Road
Between 6:30 PM on 6/6 and 10:00 AM on 6/9, unknown suspect(s) took
about $2800 worth of items from JC Penney on Wolfe Road. The suspect
(s) are at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Wolfe Road
Between 12:15 PM and 1:00 PM on 6/12, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Cupertino Square
on Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) took a laptop with the bag for an
unknown value.

Petty Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 4:00 PM and 5:50 PM on 6/13, unknown suspect(s) used an
unknown method to gain entry into a vehicle parked at Cupertino
Square on Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) took a backpack containing
school books worth about $300.

Parole Violation/Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance -
Lochinvar Avenue & Pomeroy Avenue
At 11:20 PM on 6/14, deputies stopped a motorist at Lochinvar Avenue
and Pomeroy Avenue for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation
revealed the driver was in violation of parole and under the
influence of a controlled substance. The suspect was arrested and
booked into Main Jail.

Residential Burglary/Attempted Burglary - Santa Lucia Road
Between 7:30 PM on 6/10 and 8:00 AM on 6/11, unknown suspect(s) pried
open a garage door to a residence and attempted to pry open a garage
door to another residence in the 10000 block of Santa Lucia Road.
Nothing was missing from either residence. The amount of the damage
was unknown.

Residential Burglary - Squirehill Court
Between 4:00 PM on 6/8 and 8:00 AM on 6/9, unknown suspect(s) broke
into a residence under construction in the 7000 block of Squirehill
Court through French doors in the backyard. The suspect(s) took
sinks, faucets and tools for a total loss of about $6500.

Petty Theft - Pennington Lane
Between 12:00 AM and 8:30 AM on 6/12, unknown suspect took a mailbox
from a residence in the 1000 block of Pennington Lane. The mailbox
was worth about $100.

Vandalism - McClellan Road
Between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM on 6/12, unknown suspect(s) broke the
handle to a door at Lincoln Elementary School on McClellan Road. The
handle was worth about $500.

Residential Burglary - De Anza Circle
Between 5:30 AM and 8:50 PM on 6/12, unknown suspect(s) entered a
residence in the 22000 block of De Anza Circle through the rear
sliding doors. The suspect(s) took a laptop and assorted jewelry for
a total loss of about $1505.

Resisting a Peace Officer/Burglary/ Conspiracy/ Possession of Burglary
Tools - McClellan Road
At 3:02 PM on 6/15, deputies responded to an alarm call at Monta
Vista High School on McClellan Road. Subsequent investigation
revealed three suspects were taking textbooks from the school. The
deputies attempted to stop one of the suspects but he fled and was
apprehended later with burglary tools in his possession. The total
loss was about $630.

Vandalism/Throwing Substance at Moving Vehicle - McClellan Road and
Rose Blossom Drive
At 10:30 PM on 6/9, unknown suspect threw an unknown object at
victim's vehicle while driving on McClellan Road and Rose Blossom
Drive. The total amount of damage was about $500.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM on 6/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Union Church on Stevens
Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a laptop with the bag,
eyeglasses, PDA, a jacket and cash for a total loss of about $2170.

Identity Theft - City of Cupertino
Between 9:00 AM on 5/30 and 12:00 PM on 6/13, unknown suspect(s)
attempted to obtain a credit card in the victim's name in an unknown
location. The victim lives in Cupertino.

Forgery - Johansen Drive
Between 6/4 and 6/10, the victim wrote a check to the suspect in
another suspect's name in the 10000 block of Johansen Drive. A second
check was forged using the same information as the first check by the
two suspects. The check was worth about $180. The suspects are at
large.

Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 12:30 PM and 2:12 PM on 6/10, unknown suspect(s) took the
victim's purse from under the counter at Pasha's Market on Stevens
Creek Boulevard. The purse contained cash and credit cards worth
about $1550.

Criminal Threats/Brandish a Weapon - Miller Avenue & Bollinger Road
At 12:05 PM on 6/12, the juvenile suspect showed a knife and
threatened to injure the victim at Miller Avenue and Bollinger Road.
The suspect fled and was later found by deputies. The suspect was
cited and released.

Robbery/Negligent Discharge of Firearm/Brandishing a Firearm -
Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 9:58 PM on 6/12, the suspect used a handgun to obtain property
from the victims in the 20000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. The
suspect shot at the ground and fled the scene. The suspect is at
large.

Credit Card Theft/Identity Theft/Receive/ Possess Stolen
Property/Unlicensed Driver/No Insurance - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 7:45 PM on 6/14, deputies stopped a motorist at Stevens Creek
Boulevard and Finch Avenue for a traffic violation. Subsequent
investigation revealed the driver was in possession of stolen
property, unlicensed, had no insurance, committed credit card theft
and identity theft. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main
Jail.

Vandalism - Calvert Drive & Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 9:00 PM on 6/14 and 7:30 AM on 6/15, unknown suspect(s) spray
painted the side of a trailer at Calvert Drive and Stevens Creek
Boulevard. The total amount of the damage was unknown.
