Livermore and Dublin for a total loss of about $91. The victim lives in
Cupertino.

Vandalism - Ainsworth Drive
Between 4:30 PM on 10/5 and 12:30 PM on 10/6, unknown suspect(s) wrote
words on the playground at Stevens Creek Elementary on Ainsworth Drive
with a marker. The total amount of damage was unknown.

Petty Theft/Recovered Stolen Property - Santa Clara Avenue
At 9:04 PM on 10/6, deputies responded to a call of stolen license
plates on a vehicle parked at a residence in the 10000 block of Santa
Clara Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) replaced the stolen plates with another
set of stolen license plates. The total amount of loss was unknown.

Vehicle Burglary - Alves Drive
Between 6:45 AM and 7:30 AM on 10/6, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the driver's side window of a vehicle parked at YMCA on Alves Drive.
The suspect(s) took a laptop, camera, iPod and a purse containing
assorted currency and credit cards for a total loss of about $2624.

Vehicle Burglary - Valley Green Drive and Bandley Drive
Between 7:15 PM and 8:45 PM on 10/7, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Valley Green Drive and
Bandley Drive. The suspect(s) took a laptop and the bag containing a
camera for a total loss of about $1440.

Petty Theft - Homestead Road
Between 7:05 AM and 3:10 PM on 10/8, unknown suspect(s) took a bicycle
from the bike racks at Homestead High School on Homestead Road. The
bicycle was worth about $390.

Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 5:10 PM and 5:40 PM on 10/8, unknown suspect(s) took the
victim's unattended wallet at Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The
wallet contained assorted currency and credit cards for a total loss of
about $589.

Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road
Between 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM on 10/8, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the driver's side window of a vehicle parked at Homestead Lanes on
Homestead Road. The suspect(s) took a backpack containing computer
accessories for a total loss of about $110.

Petty Theft - Valley Green Drive
Between 8:00 AM on 8/1 and 4:30 PM on 10/9, unknown suspect(s) took the
front license plate from a vehicle parked in the 20000 block of Valley
Green Drive. The total amount of loss was unknown.

(ARREST)Commercial Burglary/Possession of Burglary Tools
At 5:30 PM on 10/10, the suspect took about $290 worth of store items
from TJ Maxx on Homestead Road using a wrench to remove the anti-theft
sensors. TJ Maxx Loss Prevention stopped the suspect. The suspect was
arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Between 7:00 PM and 7:50 PM on 10/7, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Café Torre on
Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a laptop and the bag
containing a wallet for a total loss of about $1730.

Commercial Burglary - Tantau Avenue
Between 3:50 AM and 7:30 AM on 10/5, unknown suspect(s) entered Intransa
on Tantau Avenue through an unlocked front door. The suspect(s) took
assorted computer and video equipment for a total loss of about $9157.

Stolen Vehicle - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 5:00 PM on 9/20 and 8:11 AM on 10/4, unknown suspect(s) stole a
motorcycle from the parking garage at Metropolitan Apartments on Stevens
Creek Boulevard. The motorcycle had an unknown value.

Petty Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 1:45 PM and 2:00 PM on 10/10, unknown suspect(s) took the
victim's unattended purse at JC Penney on Wolfe Road. The purse
contained a wallet with assorted currency and credit cards for a total
loss of about $85.

Between 7:00 PM on 10/6 and 7:20 AM on 10/7, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the driver's side window of a vehicle parked in the 10000
block of Lockwood Drive. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit for a total loss
of about $500.

Residential Burglary - Edward Way
Between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM on 10/5, two suspects broke into a
residence in the 21000 block of Edward Way by prying open a side garage
door. The suspects took assorted currency for a total loss of about
$2000. The homeowners stopped the suspects. The suspects fled and are at
large.

Commercial Burglary - Bollinger Road
Between 5:00 PM on 10/4 and 8:30 AM on 10/5, unknown suspect(s) pried
open a sliding glass door at Dubner Family Chiropractic Center on
Bollinger Road. The suspect(s) took assorted currency and checks for an
unknown total loss.

Vehicle Burglary - De Anza Boulevard
Between 7:30 PM and 9:03 PM on 10/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Cupertino Bakery on De
Anza Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit for a total loss of about
$125.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 6:15 PM and 8:15 PM on 10/5, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger side window of a vehicle parked in the 19000 block of
Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a laptop and the bag for a
total loss of about $2000.

(ARREST)Possession of Stolen Property/Marijuana - Calvert Drive and
Highway 280
At 2:54 AM on 10/6, deputies stopped a motorist at Calvert Drive and
Highway 280 for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation revealed
the driver was in possession of stolen property and Marijuana. The
suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Petty Theft - Barnhart Avenue
Between 8:00 AM on 10/6 and 8:00 AM on 10/7, unknown suspect(s) took the
rear license plate from a vehicle parked in the 18000 block of Barnhart
Avenue. The total amount of loss was unknown.

(ARREST)Trespassing/Minor in Possession of Tobacco/Fireworks - Calabazas
Creek near Miller Avenue
At 5:36 PM on 10/8, deputies responded to a call of minors setting a
fire at Calabazas Creek near Miller Avenue. Deputies stopped three
subjects. Subsequent investigation revealed three suspects were
trespassing, in possession of Tobacco and fireworks. The suspects were
cited and released.

(ARREST)Public Intoxication/ Vandalism - Tuggle Avenue and Carver Avenue
At 11:40 PM on 10/10, deputies responded to a call of a disturbance at
Tuggle Avenue and Carver Avenue. Subsequent investigation revealed a
suspect was unable to care for himself due to being under the influence
of alcohol. The suspect kicked a vehicle parked nearby causing about
$600 in total damages. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main
Jail.
