Between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM on 1/3, unknown suspect(s) entered a
residence in the 10000 block of Phar Lap Drive through a rear window.
The suspect(s) took assorted jewelry, electronic items, cash, and
damaged a fence for a total loss of about $21,740.
(ARREST)Battery With Serious Bodily Injury - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 2:01 AM on 1/5, deputies responded to a call of a disturbance at Paul
and Eddie's on Stevens Creek Boulevard. Investigation revealed there
were numerous subjects engaged in a physical fight. It was discovered
that one suspect struck the victim causing injuries. That suspect was
arrested and booked into Main Jail. Three other suspects were cited and
released.
Vehicle Burglary/Theft by Credit Card - Cristo Rey Drive
Between 9:15 AM and 12:15 PM on 1/5, unknown suspect(s) entered a
vehicle parked at Rancho San Antonio Park on Cristo Rey Drive using an
unknown method. The suspect(s) took credit cards from the victim's
wallet. The suspect(s) then used the credit cards at numerous retail
locations for a total loss of about $9175.
Attempted Residential Burglary - Oakdell Place
Between 6:30 PM and 8:15 PM on 1/9, unknown suspect(s) attempted to
enter a residence in the 21000 block of Oakdell Place by prying at
numerous rear windows. The suspect(s) did not gain entry into the
residence.
Stolen Vehicle - Foothill Boulevard
Between 7:00 PM on 1/11 and 3:30 PM on 1/13, unknown suspect(s) stole a
vehicle parked at a residence in the 10000 block of Foothill Boulevard.
The vehicle had an unknown value.
Vehicle Burglary - Foothill Boulevard
Between 3:00 PM on 1/12 and 8:00 AM on 1/13, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger side window of three vehicles parked at a
residence in the 10000 block of Foothill Boulevard. The suspect(s) took
a GPS, sports gear, cash, vehicle registration and insurance cards for a
total loss of about $915.

Vehicle Burglary - Alpine Drive
Between 7:00 PM on 1/9 and 7:45 AM on 1/10, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger side window of a vehicle parked at a residence in
the 10000 block of Alpine Drive. The suspect(s) took musical
instruments, clothing, and a GPS for a total loss of about $470.

At 12:00 PM on 12/31, the suspect took about $120 worth of store items
from Marina Foods on Bandley Drive. Marina Foods Loss Prevention stopped
the suspect. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Vehicle Burglary - Meteor Drive
Between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on 1/1, unknown suspect(s) broke through the
passenger side window of a vehicle parked at a residence in the 21000
block of Meteor Drive The suspect(s) searched the vehicle but did not
take anything.
Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 4:40 PM and 5:10 PM on 1/3, unknown suspect(s) took a locked
bicycle from Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard for a total loss of about
$400.
Vandalism - De Anza Boulevard
Between 8:15 PM and 9:10 PM on 1/3, unknown suspect(s) cut the rear
tires of a vehicle parked at a residence in the 10000 block of De Anza
Boulevard. Total amount of damage is about $500.
Robbery - Homestead Road
At 12:08 AM on 1/5, the suspect pointed a gun at the victim after they
had a disagreement over services rendered at a residence in the 20000
block of Homestead Road. The victim fled in fear and left his glasses
and watch. Deputies checked the residence but were unable to locate the
suspect.
(ARREST)Commercial Burglary/False Name to a Peace Officer - Stevens
Creek Boulevard
At 2:38 PM on 1/7, the suspect took about $25 worth of store items from
Whole Foods on Stevens Creek Boulevard and fled on foot. Responding
deputies located the suspect in the area. The suspect was arrested and
booked into Main Jail.
Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 5:30 PM and 8:05 PM on 1/7, unknown suspect(s) took a locked
bicycle from Blue Light Cinema on Stevens Creek Boulevard for a total
loss of about $3300.
Petty Theft - Homestead Road
Between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM on 1/7, unknown suspect(s) took a cell
phone, gift card and cash from an unattended backpack in the girl's
locker room at Homestead High School on Homestead Road for a total loss
of about $334.
Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 6:40 PM on 1/11, unknown suspect(s) took two speakers from a shelf at
Verizon Wireless on Stevens Creek Boulevard for a total loss of about
$400.

Between 6:20 PM and 7:00 PM on 1/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Mandarin Gourmet on De
Anza Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a laptop, a tablet computer and
eyeglasses for a total loss of about $2100.
Petty Theft - De Anza Boulevard
Between 1:00 PM on 1/8 and 3:26 PM on 1/11, unknown suspect(s) took a
wallet from lost and found at Apple on De Anza Boulevard for a total
loss of about $630.

Vandalism - Infinite Loop
Between 12/21/2012 and 1/3/2013, unknown suspect(s) cut the convertible
top of a vehicle parked at Apple on Infinite Loop. Total amount of
damage is unknown.
(ARREST)Possession of an Illegal Weapon/Vandalism Tools/
Marijuana - Vallco Parkway and Wolfe Road
At 2:00 PM on 1/4, deputies stopped a motorist at Vallco Parkway and
Wolfe Road for a traffic violation. Investigation revealed the driver
was in possession of a collapsible baton. The driver and two passengers
in the car were all in possession of spray paint cans and Marijuana.
The three suspects were cited and released.
Petty Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM on 12/8/2012, unknown suspect(s) took a
license plate from a vehicle parked at Vallco on Wolfe Road for an
unknown total loss.
Misappropriation of Lost Property - City of Cupertino
Between 11:59 PM on 1/7 and 11:50 AM on 1/9, the suspect(s) found the
victim's lost cell phone and posted it for sale online for a total
loss of about $200. The victim lives in Cupertino.
Commercial Burglary/Assault - Wolfe Road
At 12:35 PM on 1/13, the suspect took a pair of boots from Sears on
Wolfe Road. When Sears Loss Prevention attempted to stop the suspect he
pushed a Loss Prevention officer to the ground, dropped the boots, and
fled the scene. The suspect is at large.
Petty Theft/Identity Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 1:00 PM and 2:02 PM on 1/13, unknown suspect(s) took a wallet
from an office at Bay Club on Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) then used the
credit cards at a local retail stores for a total loss of about $2630.

Theft by False Pretenses - City of Cupertino
Between 12:00 PM on 12/30 and 9:51 AM on 12/31, the unknown suspect
called the victim posing as a representative of Dish Network. The victim
purchased a $300 cash card which turned out to be fraudulent. The victim
lives in Cupertino.
Residential Burglary - McClellan Road
Between 7:30 AM and 8:10 PM on 1/7, unknown suspect(s) entered a
residence in the 22000 block of McClellan Road through a bathroom
window. The suspect(s) took a digital camera for a total loss of about
$656.
Theft by False Pretenses - City of Cupertino
Between 10:30 AM on 12/9/2012 and 5:41 PM on 12/15/2012, the unknown
suspect and the victim met on an online dating site. The suspect asked
the victim to send him money so he could visit the victim for Christmas.
The victim wired money and the suspect stopped corresponding with the
victim for a total loss of about $4700. The victim lives in Cupertino.

At 4:10 PM on 1/6, the unknown suspect was seen trying to open the door
of a vehicle parked at Islands Restaurant on Stevens Creek Boulevard.
When confronted by the victim, the suspect fled in a vehicle.

window at Rotten Robbie's Gas Station on Stevens Creek Boulevard
using a rock or chunk of concrete. Total amount of damage was about
$500.

Between 7:55 PM and 8:10 PM on 1/9, unknown suspect(s) broke through the
passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Wing Stop on Stevens Creek
Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a backpack containing a laptop and a
