At 2:19 PM on 2/6, the suspect handed the teller a note demanding money
at Wells Fargo Bank on Homestead Road. The suspect took $5720 from the
teller. The suspect fled and is at large.

Between 10:30 PM on 1/28 and 5:00 AM on 1/29, unknown suspect(s) stole a
vehicle parked at a residence in the 10000 block of Stelling Road. The

(ARREST)Commercial Burglary - De Anza Boulevard
Between 3:15 PM and 5:15 PM on 2/1, the suspect took three iPhones from
an office at Apple on De Anza Boulevard for a total loss of $1600.
Investigation revealed the identity of the suspect and the location of
the stolen property. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main
Jail.
Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road
Between 6:30 PM and 6:40 PM on 2/4, unknown suspect(s) broke through the
driver side window of a vehicle parked at Venus Cafe on Homestead Road.
The suspect(s) took a backpack containing a laptop, a tablet computer
and a cell phone for a total loss of about $4050.
Vehicle Burglary - Alves Drive
Between 1:40 PM and 2:20 PM on 2/7, unknown suspect(s) broke through the
passenger side window of a vehicle parked at the YMCA on Alves Drive.
The suspect(s) took a purse for a total loss of about $1475. The
suspect(s) then used the victim's credit cards to make purchases at
local retail locations for an additional loss of $182.

Between 5:50 PM and 7:10 PM on 2/2, unknown suspect(s) entered a
residence in the 19000 block of Merritt Drive through an open bedroom
window. The suspect(s) took assorted jewelry and cash for a total loss
of about $640.
Stolen Property - City of Cupertino
Between 6:30 AM on 2/1 and 3:00 PM on 2/2, the suspect advertised a
laptop for sale online. The victim purchased the laptop and discovered
it was stolen when attempting to purchase an extended warranty for a
total loss of $2300. The victim lives in Cupertino.
Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 6:30 PM and 7:15 PM on 2/5, unknown suspect(s) broke through the
passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Shan Restaurant on Stevens
Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took two laptops and assorted computer
items for a total loss of about $3025.

Victoria's Secret for a total loss of about $2000.

Between 1/24 and 1/31, a former employee of Sugar CRM on Wolfe Road
attempted to cash a company check for a total loss of about $417.
Petty Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM on 2/5, unknown suspect(s) took an
unattended cell phone from Bay Club on Wolfe Road for a total loss of
about $700.
(ARREST)Stolen Vehicle/Possession of Burglary Tools/Controlled
Substance/Paraphernalia/Felon In Possession of Ammunition - Wolfe Road
and Pruneridge Avenue
At 11:51 PM on 2/9, deputies stopped a suspect driving a stolen vehicle
at Wolfe Road and Pruneridge Avenue. Investigation revealed that the
driver was on parole, had an arrest warrant, and was in possession of
burglary tools and ammunition. The passenger was in possession of
paraphernalia and burglary tools. The suspects were arrested and booked
into Main Jail.

Theft By Credit Card - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 5:40 PM and 8:32 PM 2/8, unknown suspect(s) used the
victim's personal information to obtain the victim's credit card
information and made purchases at Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard for
a total loss of about $350. The victim lives in Cupertino.
