Vehicle Burglary - Barranca Drive
Between 6:30 PM on 1/18 and 7:50 AM on 1/19, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the driver side window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of
Barranca Drive. The suspect(s) took a purse for a total loss of about
$53. The suspect(s) then used the victim's credit cards at a gas
station in Salinas for an unknown amount of loss.
Vandalism - Stokes Avenue
Between 7:00 am on 1/20 and 12:30 PM on 1/21, unknown suspect(s) keyed a
vehicle parked on the 10000 block of Stokes Avenue. Total amount of
damage was about $3000.

Between 12/15/2011 and 1/7/2012, the suspect used the victim's
credit card information to make unauthorized purchases at JCPenney for a
total loss of about $2700. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main

Between 11:00 PM on 1/8 and 7:30 AM on 1/9, the unknown suspect(s) took
a locked bicycle from a residence in the 20000 block of Valley Green

Between 6:00 PM and 8:20 PM on 1/9, unknown suspect(s) broke the
passenger side window on a vehicle parked on the 21000 block of Stevens
Creek Boulevard. Total amount of damage is unknown.
Grand Theft - Lauretta Drive
Between 4:00 PM and 10:04 PM on 1/9, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked in the 21000 block of Lauretta Drive. The
suspect(s) took a diaper bag, keys and credit cards for a total loss of
about $950.
(ARREST)Assault With Great Bodily Injury - Homestead Road
At 12:30 PM on 1/13, deputies responded to a call of an assault at the
Markham Apartments on Homestead Road. Investigation revealed the suspect
choked the victim. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Credit Card Theft - City of Cupertino
Between 12:00 AM on 1/12 and 3:30 PM on 1/13, unknown suspect(s) used
the victim's personal information to open a credit card account and
make purchases for a total loss of about $2638. The victim lives in
Cupertino.
Battery - Park Circle West
At 7:00 PM on 1/14, deputies responded to a call of a disturbance at a
residence in the 20000 block of Park Circle West. Investigation revealed
the suspect fought with the victim. The suspect is at large.
(ARREST)Vandalism/Public Intoxication/Possession of Marijuana - Rumford
Drive
At 11:48 PM on 1/20, deputies responded to the report of a disturbance
in the 21000 block of Rumford Drive. Investigation revealed the suspect
was trying to enter a residence causing damage to the door. Total
amount of damage was about $600. The suspect was intoxicated and in
possession of marijuana. The suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST)Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance/
Felony Warrant - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Vista Drive
At 12:40 AM on 1/10, deputies made contact with a pedestrian at Stevens
Creek Boulevard and Vista Drive. Investigation revealed the subject was
under the influence of a controlled substance and had a felony arrest
warrant. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Commercial Burglary - Olivewood Street
Between 5:30 PM on 1/17 and 7:00 AM on 1/18, unknown suspect(s) pried
open a cabinet in the work shop area of The Pointe At Cupertino on
Olivewood Street. The suspect(s) took tools for a total loss of about
$3148.
(ARREST)Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance/Possession of
Burglary Tools - Blaney Avenue
At 2:35 AM on 1/20, deputies stopped a motorist at Homestead Road and
Blaney Avenue for a traffic violation. Investigation revealed the driver
was under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of
burglary tools. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 1/16 and 1/21, unknown suspect(s) took a locked bicycle from
Check E Cheese on Stevens Creek Boulevard for a total loss of about
$830.

Felony Warrant - Wolfe Road
At 2:00 PM on 1/10, deputies made contact with a subject at Dynasty
Restaurant on Wolfe Road. Investigation revealed the suspect was in
possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia, and had a felony
arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.
(ARREST)Petty Theft/Possession Of A Controlled Substance/Improper Use Of
A Disabled Placard - Wolfe Road
At 1:43 PM on 1/12, the suspect took about $589 worth of store items
from Sears on Wolfe Road. Sears Loss Prevention stopped the suspect.
Investigation revealed the suspect was in possession of a controlled
substance and was improperly using a disabled placard. The suspect was
arrested and booked into Main Jail.
(ARREST)Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance/Probation
Violation - Wolfe Road and Perimeter Road
At 3:21 AM on 1/17, deputies made contact with a subject at Wolfe Road
and Perimeter Road. Investigation revealed the subject was under the
influence of a controlled substance and in violation of probation. The
suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Grand Theft - Pruneridge Avenue
Between 8/1/2011 and 12/23/2011, unknown suspect(s) took jewelry from a
residence in the 19000 block of Pruneridge Avenue for a total loss of
about $3050.

Between 10:00 PM on 1/18 and 7:00 AM on 1/19, unknown suspect(s) entered
a garage of a residence in the 10000 block of Lockwood Drive through an
open garage door. The suspect(s) took a GPS, CDs and assorted tools for
a total loss of about $930.

Between 1/6 and 1/8, unknown suspect(s) took a laptop from a residence
in the 7500 block of De La Farge Drive for a total loss of about $1309.
(ARREST)Under the Influence/Possession of a Inhalants - Peppertree Lane
At 1:20 PM on 1/18, deputies responded to assist County Fire with a
medical call in the 20000 block of Peppertree Lane. Investigation
revealed the suspect was in under the influence and in possession of
inhalants. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Brandishing a Weapon/Vandalism - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 3:18 PM on 1/18, deputies responded to the report of a disturbance in
the 20000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. Investigation revealed the
suspect brandished a gun and kicked the victim's vehicle. Total
amount of damage was about $2000. The suspect is at large.

Between 1/4 and 1/6, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's personal
information to make unauthorized purchases online for a total loss of
about $202. The victim lives in Cupertino.
Mail Theft - Miller Avenue
At about 1:26 PM on 1/9, the unknown suspect took two packages from a
mailbox of a residence in the 10000 block of Miller Avenue for a total
loss of about $97.

At 12:19 PM on 1/11, the unknown suspect cashed a fraudulent check at
Chase Bank on De Anza Boulevard for a total loss of about $3840. The
suspect fled and is at large.
Grand Theft - Medicus Court
Between 10/29/2011 and 12/23/2011, unknown suspect(s) took jewelry from
a bedroom closet of a residence in the 18000 block of Medicus Court for
a total loss of about $11,278.
Residential Burglary - Normandy Court
Between 10:40 PM on 1/13 and 11:59 PM on 1/15, unknown suspect(s)
entered a residence in the 10000 block of Normandy Court using an
unknown method. The suspect(s) took numerous credit cards and used them
at retail locations in the Central Valley for a total loss of about
$1980.
Petty Theft/Vandalism - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 11:00 PM on 1/16 and 5:45 AM on 1/17, unknown suspect(s) broke
into a vending machine at Rotten Robbie on Stevens Creek Boulevard and
took about $106 worth of cash and coins. Total amount of damage was
about $600.
Residential Burglary - Suisun Drive
Between 7:50 AM and 5:30 PM on 1/17, unknown suspect(s) entered a
residence in the 20000 block of Suisun Drive using an unknown method.
The suspect(s) took assorted jewelry for a total loss of about $6040.
Identity Theft - City of Cupertino
Between 12/5/2011 and 1/19/2012, unknown suspect(s) used the
victim's personal information to open a DirectTV account in Texas
for an unknown total loss. The victim lives in Cupertino.
Vehicle Burglary - Myrtlewood Drive
Between 7:30 PM on 1/19 and 7:30 AM on 1/20, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger side window of a vehicle parked in the 6300 block
of Myrtlewood Drive. The suspect(s) took an iPhone for a total loss of
about $199.
