(ARREST)DUI/Non-Injury Accident - Baxter Avenue and Creston Drive
At 4:09 AM on 9/3, deputies responded to a call of a vehicle disturbance
at Baxter Avenue and Creston Drive. Deputies stopped a motorist near the
scene. Subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver for
driving under the influence of alcohol.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 6:30 PM and 7:45 PM on 8/31, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger side window of a vehicle parked in the 20000 block of
Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a laptop and a purse
containing a wallet, assorted currency and a camera for a total loss of
about $5150.
(ARREST)Trespassing on School Grounds - Homestead Road
At 12:10 PM on 9/2, two suspects were trespassing at Homestead High
School on Homestead Road. Deputies stopped one of the suspects. The
suspect was cited and released. The other suspect fled and is at large.
(ARREST)DUI - Stelling Road and Greenleaf Drive
At 11:18 PM on 9/5, deputies responded to a call of a drunk driver at
Stelling Road and Greenleaf Drive. Subsequent investigation resulted in
the arrest of the driver for driving under the influence of alcohol.

(ARREST)Assault with a Deadly Weapon/Possession of Illegal Weapon/Evade
Peace Officer - Via Lombardi and Via San Marino
At 5:51 AM on 8/31, deputies responded to a call of a disturbance at Via
Lombardi and Via San Marino. A subject fled but was stopped by deputies
nearby. Subsequent investigation revealed the suspect committed assault
with a deadly weapon and possessed an illegal weapon. The suspect was
arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Grand Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 8/3 and 9/1, the suspect, an employee, took two floor buffers
worth $3400 from SCC Cleaning Company on Wolfe Road and tried to sell
them on the internet. The suspect fled and is at large.

Grand Theft - De Anza Boulevard
Between 8/26 and 9/2, unknown suspect(s) entered the storage room at
Cupertino Bike Shop on De Anza Boulevard using an unknown method. The
suspect(s) took assorted bicycle parts worth about $200.
Stolen Vehicle - Annette Way and Rollingdell Drive
Between 12:00 AM on 9/5 and 12:00 PM on 9/6, unknown suspect(s) stole a
vehicle parked at Annette Way and Rollingdell Drive. The vehicle had an
unknown value.

Residential Burglary - La Mar Drive
Between 7:30 AM and 6:45 PM on 9/2, unknown suspect(s) broke into a
residence in the 19000 block of La Mar Drive by forcing open a window.
The suspect(s) took a television, two cell phones and a laptop for a
total loss of about $2900.
Vehicle Burglary - Barnhart Avenue
Between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM on 9/3, unknown suspect(s) entered a
vehicle parked in the 19000 block of Barnhart Avenue using an unknown
method. The suspect(s) took a hands free listening device for a total
loss of about $10.
Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 12:30 PM and 1:15 PM on 9/3, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger side window of a vehicle parked in the 20000 block of
Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a laptop, the bag and two
books for a total loss of about $1926.
Vehicle Burglary - Lindenbrook Lane
Between 10:00 PM on 9/2 and 1:50 PM on 9/3, unknown suspect(s) entered a
vehicle parked in the 19000 block of Lindenbrook Lane using an unknown
method. The suspect(s) took an iPod and the vehicle's stereo for a
total loss of about $600.
(ARREST)Possession/Transportation of Marijuana for Sale/Possession of
Stolen Property - De Anza Boulevard and Clarendon Street
At 2:13 AM on 9/4, deputies stopped a motorist at De Anza Boulevard and
Clarendon Street for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation
revealed the driver was in possession and transporting Marijuana for
sale and in possession of stolen property. The suspect was arrested and
booked into Main Jail.
(ARREST)Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale/
Unlicensed Driver/Misappropriation of Lost Property - Miller Avenue and
Phil Avenue
At 11:06 PM on 9/6, deputies stopped a motorist at Miller Avenue and
Phil Avenue for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation revealed
the driver was unlicensed and misappropriated lost property. The driver
and passenger were in possession of a controlled substance for sale. The
suspects were arrested and booked into Main Jail.
