Vehicle Burglary - Peninsular Avenue
Between 9:15 PM on 9/25 and 9:00 AM on 9/26, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the windows on two vehicles parked in the 10000 block of
Peninsular Avenue. The suspect(s) took a briefcase containing a cell
phone, wallet, credit cards, and checks for a total loss of about $120.

(ARREST)Misuse of a Disabled Person's Placard - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 6:20 PM on 9/22, deputies contacted the driver of a vehicle at Target
on Stevens Creek Boulevard. Subsequent investigation revealed the
subject parked in a disabled parking space using a disabled placard
without being or transporting a disabled person. The suspect was cited
and released.

Vandalism - Ann Arbor Lane
Between 5:00 PM on 9/24 and 7:00 AM on 9/25, unknown suspect(s) spray
painted words on the walls at Garden Gate Elementary School on Ann Arbor
Lane. The total amount of damage was about $800.

Attempted Extortion - Park Circle West
At 3:00 PM on 9/23, the suspect took property belonging to the victim in
the 10000 block of Park Circle West. The suspect demanded money in
exchange for the property. The suspect is at large. The total amount of
loss was unknown.

(ARREST)Commercial Burglary / Possession of Stolen Automobiles -
Homestead Road
At 2:50 PM on 9/27, two suspects took about $33 worth of store items
from 7-11 store on Homestead Road. The suspects fled. Three suspects
were stopped a short time later by Sunnyvale Police. The three teens
were arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall for also being in possession
of three stolen vehicles.

Vandalism - Infinite Loop
Between 10:00 AM and 10:45 PM on 9/23, unknown suspect(s) broke the rear
window to a vehicle parked at Apple Computers on Infinite Loop. The
total amount of damage was about $500.

(ARREST)DUI - Homestead Road & Blaney Avenue
At 2:18 AM pn 9/26, deputies stopped a motorist at Homestead Road and
Blaney Avenue for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation resulted
in the arrest of the driver for driving under the influence of alcohol.

(ARREST)DUI - Wolfe Road & Pruneridge Road
At 2:53 AM on 9/26, deputies stopped a motorist at Wolfe Road and
Pruneridge Road for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation
resulted in the arrest of the driver for driving under the influence of
alcohol.

Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM on 9/25, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Azuma Japanese Cuisine
on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a laptop and the bag for
a total loss of about $1800.

(ARREST)DUI/Non-Injury Hit and Run Collision - Wolfe Road & Pruneridge
Road
At 10:08 PM on 9/25, deputies responded to a call of an accident at
Wolfe Road and Pruneridge Road. Subsequent investigation resulted in the
arrest of the driver for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Grand Theft - Wilkinson Street
Between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM on 9/21, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked in the 18000 block of Wilkinson Street. The
suspect(s) took a backpack with a laptop, a wallet and an iPod for a
total loss of about $605.

Residential Burglary - La Jolla Court
Between 10:00 PM on 9/22 and 6:35 AM on 9/23, unknown suspect(s) entered
a garage of a residence in the 11000 block of La Jolla Court through an
unlocked door. The suspect broke into a vehicle parked inside the garage
by removing a window. The suspect(s) took assorted currency from a
wallet for a total loss of about $300.

(ARREST)Battery - McClellan Road
At 1:30 PM on 9/24, the suspect fought with the victim at Monte Vista
High School on McClellan Road. School officials stopped the suspect. The
suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST)DUI/Non-Injury Accident - Peach Blossom Drive & Primrose Way
At 4:22 AM on 9/26, deputies responded to a call of an accident at Peach
Blossom Drive and Primrose Way. Subsequent investigation resulted in the
arrest of the driver for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Vandalism - Yorkshire Drive
Between 4:00 PM on 9/25 and 7:30 AM on 9/26, unknown suspect(s) damaged
a doorknob to the staff restroom at Regnart Elementary School on
Yorkshire Drive. The total amount of damage was about $150.

(ARREST)DUI - Scotland Drive
At 11:00 PM on 9/26, deputies stopped a motorist in the 1100 block of
Scotland Drive for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation
resulted in the arrest of the driver for driving under the influence of
alcohol.

(ARREST)Battery - Kirwin Drive & Erin Way
At 5:30 PM on 9/21, the suspect fought with the victim at Kirwin Drive
and Erin Way. Deputies stopped the suspect. The suspect was arrested and
booked into Main Jail.

Commercial Burglary - De Anza Boulevard
Between 2:35 PM on 9/21 and 5:40 AM on 9/22, unknown suspect(s) pried
open the rear door to Bobbi's Restaurant on De Anza Boulevard. The
suspect(s) took a safe containing assorted currency for a total loss of
about $10,000.

Grand Theft - Sunrise Drive
On 9/21, unknown suspect(s) used a stolen credit card to make purchases
over the internet at Saveur du Jour on Sunrise Drive in Cupertino. The
victim mailed the products to San Jose. The total amount of loss was
about $900.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle - Phil Lane
At 11:30 PM on 9/22, deputies responded to a call of a stolen vehicle
parked at Sedgewick Elementary School on Phil Lane. Deputies recovered
the vehicle that was previously stolen from San Jose. The suspect(s) are
at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Blaney Avenue
Between 8:00 AM and 10:56 AM on 8/18, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the driver's side window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of
Blaney Avenue. The suspect(s) took the registration card for an unknown
total loss.

(ARREST)Possession of a Knife on School Grounds - Finch Avenue
At 2:00 PM on 9/24, deputies responded to a call of a school official
who had detained a student for possession of a knife at Cupertino High
School on Finch Avenue. The suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST)Commercial Burglary/Conspiracy/Possession of Burglary Tools
-Finch Avenue
At 1:30 PM on 9/23, three suspects entered a locked locker room at
Cupertino High School on Finch Avenue by hiding inside before it was
secured. The suspects stole a cell phone, watch, wallet and iPod from
the lockers for a total loss of about $260. The suspects were cited and
released.

(ARREST)Possession of Stolen Property - Finch Avenue
At 1:45 PM on 9/23, the suspect bought a stolen cell phone from another
suspect at Cupertino High School on Finch Avenue. School officials
stopped the suspect. The suspect was cited and released. The total
amount of loss was unknown.

(ARREST)Battery - Torre Avenue
At 7:09 PM on 9/25, the suspect fought with the victim at Cupertino
Library on Torre Avenue. Deputies stopped the suspect. The suspect was
arrested and booked into Main Jail.

(ARREST)DUI - Bollinger Road & Blaney Avenue
At 12:18 AM on 9/26, deputies stopped a motorist at Bollinger Road and
Blaney Avenue for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation resulted
in the arrest of the driver for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Vandalism - Finch Avenue
Between 3:00 PM on 9/25 and 8:30 AM on 9/27, unknown suspect(s) spray
painted words on the walls and light poles at Cupertino High School on
Finch Avenue. The total amount of damage was about $500.
