Between 7/21 and 9/10, unknown suspect(s) forged a check at Bank of
America in an unknown location for $1860 and used the victim's credit

Petty Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 11:30 AM and 6:30 PM on 9/26, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked at Strike Bowling on Wolfe Road. The suspect
(s) took a purse containing credit and gift cards, cash and a cell
phone for a total loss of about $242.

Residential Burglary - Kingsbury Place
Between 4:30 PM on 9/19 and 10:00 PM on 9/22, unknown suspect(s)
pried open a side door to a garage of a residence in the 7000 block
of Kingsbury Place. The suspect(s) took assorted tools for a total
loss of about $6010.

Identity Theft - City of Cupertino
At 9:55 AM on 9/23, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's information
in an attempt to open a Sprint account over the internet but was
denied. The victim lives in Cupertino.

Petty Theft - Yorkshire Drive and Folkestone Drive
Between 2:10 PM and 2:20 PM on 9/23, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked at Yorkshire Drive and Folkestone Drive. The
suspect(s) took a cell phone worth about $200.

Petty Theft - Santa Teresa Drive
Between 3/1/2007 and 9/10/2008, two suspects took documents
containing personal information while being employed as housecleaners
at a residence in the 11000 block of Santa Teresa Drive. The suspects
are at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Rae Lane and Linda Vista Drive
Between 4:00 PM on 9/26 and 12:45 AM on 9/27, unknown suspect(s)
entered a vehicle parked at Rae Lane and Linda Vista Drive using an
unknown method. The suspect(s) took two cameras, an XM satellite
radio and a GPS unit for a total loss of about $1470.

Robbery - Stanford Place
At 12:36 AM on 9/22, two unknown suspects took a purse from the
victim in front of a residence in the 7000 block of Stanford Place.
The suspects fled on foot to a vehicle and then fled in the vehicle.
The purse contained cash, poker chips, a cell phone, assorted jewelry
and a wallet for a total loss of about $8870.

Battery - De Anza Boulevard
At 7:40 PM on 9/22, the suspect fought with the victim in the parking
lot of L&L Hawaiian BBQ on De Anza Boulevard over a traffic
altercation. The suspect was cited and released.

Public Intoxication/Possession of a Fictitious Social Security Card -
Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 10:04 AM on 9/22 deputies responded to a call of an intoxicated
person at JW Catering on Stevens Creek Boulevard. Subsequent
investigation revealed that the subject was unable to care for
himself due to being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and
was in possession of a fictitious social security card. The subject
was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Forgery - City of Cuppertino
On 8/1, the suspect wrote a forged check using the victim's account
information in Los Angeles for $1674. The suspect is at large.

Residential Burglary - Bret Avenue
Between 9:45 AM on 9/23 and 2:30 PM on 9/23, unknown suspect(s)
entered a residence in the 10000 block of Bret Avenue through an
unlocked sliding glass door. The suspect(s) took three laptops, three
digital cameras, assorted jewelry and change for a total loss of
about $7560.

Grand Theft - Torre Avenue
Between 11:30 PM on 9/23 and 7:00 AM on 9/24, unknown suspect(s)
stole the light bar from the top of a Cupertino City vehicle parked
at the Cupertino City Offices on Torre Avenue. The light bar was
worth about $1200.

Residential Burglary - Blaney Avenue
Between 8:20 AM and 5:50 PM on 9/24, unknown suspect(s) entered a
residence in the 800 block of Blaney Avenue through a bathroom
window. The suspect(s) took cash and assorted jewelry for a total
loss of about $23595.

Residential Burglary - Judy Avenue
Between 5:30 PM on 9/26 and 6:15 AM on 9/27, two suspects entered a
residence under construction in the 10000 block of Judy Avenue by
breaking through the front door. The suspects took tools and other
assorted items for an unknown amount. The suspects fled and are at
large.

Petty/Credit Card Theft - Price Avenue
Between 3:00 PM on 9/27 and 9:30 AM on 9/28, unknown suspect(s)
entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 19000 block of Price
Avenue. The suspect(s) took a wallet containing credit cards and
assorted electronic equipment for a total loss of about $310. The
suspect(s) used a credit card in San Jose and Santa Clara for about
$123.
