Embezzlement - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 12:00 PM on 6/4 and 4:50 PM on 6/16, the suspect gave
unauthorized discounts at Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard for a
total loss of about $103. Target Loss Prevention stopped the suspect.
The suspect was cited and released.

Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road
Between 1:00 AM and 7:30 AM on 6/18, unknown suspect(s) used an
unknown device to break into a vehicle parked at Village Green
Apartments on Homestead Road. The suspect(s) took the vehicle's
stereo system a GPS unit, a suitcase, an Apple IPOD and a laptop for
a total loss of about $1200.

Stolen Vehicle - Park Circle West
Between 6:00 PM on 6/17 and 8:30 AM on 6/18, unknown suspect(s) stole
a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Park Circle West. The vehicle
had an unknown value.

Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 11:40 AM on 6/18, unknown suspect(s) took the victim's purse while
she was shopping at Whole Foods on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The purse
contained a driver's license, credit cards and cash for a total loss
of about $23.

Vehicle Burglary/Credit Card Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 3:30 PM and 5:40 PM on 6/18, unknown suspect(s) used an
unknown device to make entry into a vehicle parked at 24 Hour Fitness
on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a wallet with credit
cards and a cell phone worth about $275. The suspect(s) used the
credit cards in San Jose for about $295.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle - Bandley Drive
At 3:33 AM on 6/19, deputies were conducting a patrol check at Marina
Foods on Bandley Drive. Subsequent investigation recovered a stolen
vehicle from East Palo Alto. The suspect(s) are at large.

Vehicle Burglary - Alves Drive
Between 12:00 PM and 12:45 PM on 6/19, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the rear window of a vehicle parked at Tomokazu Restaurant on
Alves Drive. The suspect(s) took two laptops, a projector and a
wireless card for a total loss of about $6050.

Residential Burglary - Valley Green Drive
Between 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM on 6/20, unknown suspect(s) used an
unknown method of entry to gain access to a residence at Villages of
Cupertino Apartments on Valley Green Drive. The suspect(s) took
assorted jewelry, a video game system, a camcorder, and a box
containing birth certificates, green cards and passports for a total
loss of about $16650.

Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM on 6/21, unknown suspect(s) took a
locked bicycle from Whole Foods on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The
bicycle was worth about $300.

Minor in Possession of Alcohol/Tobacco - Stelling Road
At 12:04 AM 6/23, deputies stopped three subjects at Valley Church on
Stelling Road for loitering. Subsequent investigation revealed one of
the subjects was a minor in possession on alcohol and tobacco. The
suspect was cited and released.

Stolen Vehicle - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM on 6/19, unknown suspect(s) stole a
vehicle parked at Acionyx on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The vehicle had
an unknown value.

Commercial Burglary/Conspiracy - Wolfe Road
At 5:45 PM on 6/13, three suspects took about $5000 worth of store
items from Sears on Wolfe Road. The suspects fled and are at large.

 

Petty Theft - McClellan Road
Between 7:00 PM on 6/12 and 10:00 AM on 6/17, unknown suspect(s) took
a digital camera from a backpack that was locked in a classroom at
Monta Vista High School on McClellan Road. The camera was worth about
$304.

Credit Card Theft - City of Cupertino
At 8:00 AM on 5/25, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's credit card
to make purchases over the internet for about $30. The victim lives
in Cupertino.

Vandalism - Bubb Road
Between 9:00 AM on 6/20 and 8:45 AM on 6/21, unknown suspect(s) spray
painted on the gym doors at Kennedy Middle School on Bubb Road. The
total amount of damage was about $50.

Vandalism - Yorkshire Drive
Between 12:00 AM and 2:00 AM on 6/22, unknown suspect(s) used a large
metal beam to vandalize a vehicle parked in the 1100 block of
Yorkshire Drive. The total amount of damage was about $2000.

Vandalism - Bubb Road
Between 8:00 AM and 10:15 AM on 6/22, unknown suspect(s) dented a
vehicle parked in the 11000 block of Bubb Road. The total amount of
damage was about $400.

Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM on 6/16, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked in the 20000 block of Stevens Creek
Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a laptop and suitcase for a total loss
of about $1700.

Commercial Burglary/Petty Theft Priors/Possession of a Controlled
Substance/Paraphern alia - De Anza Boulevard
At 10:00 AM on 6/17, the suspect took $109.95 worth of store items
from Parrott Cellular on De Anza Boulevard. Deputies stopped the
suspect. Subsequent investigation revealed the suspect had committed
prior petty thefts and was in possession of a controlled substance
and paraphernalia. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Commercial Burglary/Criminal Threats/Brandishing a Weapon/Vandalism -
De Anza Boulevard
At 9:32 PM on 6/18, the suspect entered Chevron Gas on De Anza
Boulevard and demanded property, broke through a glass window and
threatened the employees with a weapon. The suspect was arrested and
booked into Main Jail.

Battery - McClellan Road and Stelling Road
At 10:30 AM on 6/19, the unknown suspect threw an egg which hit the
victim near McClellan Road and Stelling Road. The suspect fled and is
at large.

Stolen Vehicle - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM on 6/20, unknown suspect(s) stole a
vehicle parked at Mervyn's on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The vehicle
had an unknown value.

Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 5:47 PM on 6/20, a suspect took about $420 worth of store items
from Peninsula Beauty Supply & Salon on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The
suspects fled and are at large.

Residential Burglary - Barnhart Avenue
Between 6:00 PM and 10:30 PM on 6/16, unknown suspect(s) entered a
residence in the 18000 block of Barnhart Avenue through a rear
window. The suspect(s) took a laptop, digital camera and a Nintendo
DS for a total loss of about $1830.

Commercial Burglary - Portal Avenue
Between 10:45 PM on 6/16 and 4:00 PM on 6/17, unknown suspect(s)
pried open a door and entered the Snack Shack at Wilson Park on
Portal Avenue. The suspect(s) took about $125 in cash and $110 worth
of candy.

Petty Theft - La Mar Drive
Between 8:12 PM on 6/18 and 1:00 PM on 6/20, unknown suspect(s) took
a UPS delivery package contents from a residence in the 19000 block
of La Mar Drive. The contents were worth about $34.

Petty Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 7:30 PM on 6/21 and 12:00 AM on 6/22, unknown suspect(s) took
a locked bicycle from Cupertino Village on Wolfe Road. The bicycle
was worth about $400.
