Between 11:00 PM on 6/4 and 8:30 AM on 6/5, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the driver's window of a vehicle parked at the State of
California Parole Division on Peninsula Avenue. The suspect(s) took
two GPS units, a palm pilot, checkbook and flashlight for a total
loss of about $1600.
Residential Burglary - Mann Drive
Between 9:00 PM on 6/6 and 5:30 PM on 6/7, unknown suspect(s) entered
a residence in the 1000 block of Mann Drive through a rear window.
The suspect(s) took a sink, stove and wine cellar for a total loss of
about $4800.
Petty Theft/Vandalism - De Anza Boulevard and Alves Avenue
Between 8:00 AM on 5/30 and 3:46 PM on 6/2, unknown suspect(s)
punctured the gas tank and took gas from a parked vehicle at De Anza
Boulevard and Alves Avenue. The total value of the loss was about
$950.

the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Marina Foods on Stevens
Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a laptop and the case worth

Between 7:30 PM and 8:45 PM on 6/6, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of
Bandley Drive. The suspect(s) ransacked the vehicle only.

Between 9:00 PM on 6/3 and 6:45 AM on 6/4, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block
of Beardon Avenue. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit worth about $50.
Petty Theft - Homestead Road
At 11:25 AM on 6/8, unknown suspect took the cell phone of a customer
at Quiznos on Homestead Road and fled. The phone was worth about
$200. The suspect is still at large.

Between 7:30 PM on 6/3 and 7:20 AM on 6/4, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the driver's window of a vehicle parked in the 19000 block of
Pruneridge Avenue. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit worth about $300.

Between 9:00 PM on 6/3 and 6:45 AM on 6/4, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the driver's window of a vehicle parked at Hilton Garden Inn
on Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit worth about $199.
Commercial Burglary - Wolfe Road
At 1:18 PM on 6/4, four suspects took about $1563 worth of store
items from Victoria Secret on Wolfe Road. The suspects fled and are
still at large.
Petty Theft - Wolfe Road
At 2:25 PM on 6/5, the suspect took about $133 worth of store items
from Sears on Wolfe Road. Sears Loss Prevention stopped the suspects.
The suspect was cited and released.

Kim Street. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit and sunglasses for a total

an unknown device to unlock a vehicle parked in the 7000 block of
Erin Way. The suspect(s) took the vehicle's stereo faceplate for an
unknown value.

Between 11:00 PM on 6/1 and 9:15 AM on 6/2, unknown suspect(s) pushed
down the window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Bonny
Drive. The suspect(s) took the vehicle's stereo worth about $699.
Petty Theft - Cheryl Drive
Between 6:00 PM on 6/1 and 9:00 AM on 6/2, unknown suspect(s) entered
an unlocked vehicle parked in the 20000 block of Cheryl Drive. The
suspect(s) took about $10 in cash and coins.
Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard

Camera on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect is at large.

Between 7:45 PM on 6/1 and 9:00 AM on 6/2, unknown suspect(s) used an
unknown device to unlock a vehicle parked in the 7000 block of Erin
Way. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit, cell phone charger and CD's for
a total loss of about $575.
Vehicle Burglary - Stelling Road
Between 7:00 PM on 6/2 and 7:40 AM on 6/3, unknown suspect(s) pushed
down the window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Stelling
Road. The suspect(s) took the vehicle's stereo, garage door opener
and sunglasses for a total loss of about $1220.
Petty Theft - Bollinger Road
Between 3:15 PM and 5:30 PM 6/4, unknown suspect(s) took the victim's
unlocked bicycle from Huntington Learning Center on Bollinger Road.
The bicycle was worth about $300.
Commercial Burglary - De Anza Boulevard
Between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM 6/7, unknown suspect(s) entered Sushi
Kuni Restaurant on De Anza Boulevard through a locked bathroom
window. The business was ransacked only.
Credit Card Theft - Cupertino area
Between 5/10 and 6/1, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's debit card
number to withdraw money in Peru for an unknown amount. The victim
lives in Cupertino.
Resist/Delay/ Battery on a Peace Officer - Bollinger Road
At 12:58 PM on 6/3, deputies responded to a call of a School Official
that attempted to detain a student at Hyde Middle School on Bollinger
Road. The student fled and was pursued by deputies. The suspect
kicked one of the deputies causing an injury. The suspect was
arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall.
Commercial Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 3/1 and 5/27, unknown suspect(s) used an unknown method to
enter an unoccupied office at Day, Casebeer, Madrid, Batchelder LLP
on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a telephone switching
device worth about $2233.
Credit card Theft - Cupertino area
Between 5/15 and 5/29, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's bank
account information to make online purchases in an unknown location
for about $1300. The victim lives in Cupertino.
