vehicle parked in the 21000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard.
Subsequent investigation recovered a stolen vehicle from Sunnyvale.
The suspect(s) is at large.

Between 6:00 PM and 6:50 PM on 6/28, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Homestead Crossings
Shopping Center on Homestead Road. The suspect(s) took a purse
containing credit cards and cash for a total loss of about $63.
Credit Card Theft - City of Cupertino
Between 6/22 and 6/23, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's credit
card to make purchases on the internet and in San Jose. The total

locked bicycle from the Quinlan Center on Stelling Road. The bicycle
was worth about $600.

Between 2:30 PM and 7:00 PM on 6/24, unknown suspect(s) took the
owner's purse that was being stored behind a counter at Focus Hair on
Homestead Road. The purse contained a wallet, credit cards and cash
for a total loss of about $215.
Commercial Burglary - Homestead Road
At 5:20 PM on 6/26, the suspect entered 7-11 on Homestead Road and
took about $9 worth of items and fled. Subsequent investigation
located the suspect and revealed the suspect committed burglary. The
suspect was cited and released to her parents.

Between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM on
6/27, unknown suspect(s) broke through the passenger window of a
vehicle parked at Tomokazu Sushi on Alves Drive. The suspect(s) took
a backpack containing electronics, a watch and traveler's checks for
a total loss of about $4450.
Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 12:15 PM and 12:45 PM on 6/28, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked at Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The
suspects took an Apple IPOD and a gold key for a total loss of about
$600.

unlocked vehicle parked at YMCA on Alves Drive. The suspects took a
wallet containing credit cards for an unknown value. The suspect(s)

suspects took a GPS unit and laptop with the bag for a total loss of

Between 8:45 PM on 6/27 and 9:45 AM on 6/28, unknown suspect(s) took
about $100 in cash from the register at Farrah Eyewear on Wolfe Road
by removing the tarp covering it.

Between 9:15 PM on 6/27 and 9:50 AM on 6/28, unknown suspect(s) took
about $1000 worth of store items from Elegant Jewelers on Wolfe
Road. The suspect(s) fled and are at large.

about $400 in cash from the register at Cell Phone Accessories on
Wolfe Road by removing the tarp covering it.

the seat next to where she was sitting at AMC movie theater on Wolfe

False Impersonation/ Identity Theft/Provide/ Sell Social Security
Numbers - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 10/22/05 and 6/24/08, three suspects impersonated others,
used their identities, and provided/sold social security numbers of
the victims. The victims live in Los Angeles and San Francisco. The
suspects used the information to work at Pizza Hut on Stevens Creek
Boulevard which caused one of the victims to owe about $3600 in taxes
to the IRS. The suspects were arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM on 6/26, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked at Mervyn's on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The
suspects took a GPS unit and change for a total loss of about $310.
Robbery - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 12:02 AM on 6/27, four suspects took a cell phone worth about $375
from the victim at Marie Callender's on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The
suspects fled and are at large.

Between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM on 6/28, unknown suspect(s) took the
victim's unattended purse from Lanie's Hair & Nails on De Anza
Boulevard. The purse contained credit cards, cash and checkbook for a
total loss of about $230.

Between 1:50 PM and 2:30 PM on 6/28, unknown suspect(s) entered a
locked vehicle parked at Sleep Train on De Anza Boulevard using an
unknown method. The suspect(s) took handbag containing an Apple IPOD
and books for a total loss of about $291.
Vandalism - Finch Avenue
Between 3:00 PM on 6/23 and 8:00 AM on 6/24, unknown suspect(s) spray
painted words and symbols on the locker room walls, doors and a
dumpster at Cupertino High School on Finch Avenue. The total amount
of damage is about $300.

Between 3:30 AM on 6/14 and 3:30 PM on 6/20, unknown suspect(s)
entered a residence in the 10000 block of East Estates Drive using an
unknown method. The suspect(s) took alcohol, stamps and coins for a
total loss of about $128.
Resisting a Peace Officer/Possession of Marijuana - Blaney Avenue and
Bollinger Road
At 11:34 PM on 6/25, deputies responded to a call at Blaney Avenue
and Bollinger Road of a man disturbing the peace. Subsequent
investigation revealed the subject resisted a Peace Officer and was
in possession of Marijuana. The suspect was arrested and booked into
Main Jail.
Minor in Possession of Alcohol - Portal Avenue
At 11:53 PM on 6/25, deputies responded to a call at Wilson Park on
Portal Avenue for a disturbance of the peace. Subsequent
investigation revealed the subject was a minor in possession of
alcohol. The suspect was cited and released.
Stolen Vehicle - Sorenson Avenue
Between 4:30 AM and 10:45 AM on 6/26, unknown suspect(s) took a
vehicle that was parked at Fountain Bleu Apartments on Sorenson
Avenue. The vehicle had an unknown value.
Criminal Threats/ Assault with a Deadly Weapon/Prevent Calling for
Assistance - Miller Avenue
At 1:55 PM on 6/26, deputies responded to a call in the 800 block of
Miller Avenue for a disturbance. Subsequent investigation revealed
the subject committed criminal threats, assault with a deadly weapon
and prevented the victim from calling the police. The suspect was
arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall.
Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 6:30 PM and 9:37 PM on 6/26, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Elephant Bar on Stevens
Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a laptop with accessories and
two backpacks for a total loss of about $2560.
Vandalism - De Anza Boulevard
Between 11:00 PM on 6/27 and 7:45 AM on 6/28, unknown suspect(s)
broke a sign at 76 Gas Station on De Anza Boulevard. The total amount
of damage was about $200.
Petty Theft - Malvern Court
Between 6:00 PM on 6/27 and 9:00 AM on 6/28, unknown suspect(s)
entered the yard of a residence in the 10000 block of Malvern Court
and took a bicycle worth about $350.
False Registration - Culbertson Drive
At 11:45 AM on 6/28, deputies responded to a call of a neighbor
dispute in the 10000 block of Culbertson Drive. Subsequent
investigation revealed a parked motorcycle that had false
registration. Deputies located the owner and he was cited and
released.
Assault with a Deadly Weapon/Corporal Injury on a Child/Battery -
Johnson Avenue
At 1:54 PM on 6/28, deputies responded to a call of a fight in the
10000 block of Johnson Avenue. Subsequent investigation revealed
three suspects committed assault with a deadly weapon, corporal
injury on a child, and battery. Two of the suspects were arrested and
booked into Juvenile Hall.
Vehicle Burglary - Finch Avenue
Between 11:15 AM and 12:45 PM on 6/28, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Cupertino High
School on Finch Avenue. The suspect(s) took a purse containing credit
cards, a binder containing blank business checks and a pouch with
uncashed checks and cash for a total loss of about $900.
Public Intoxication - Stelling Road
At 3:30 AM on 6/29, deputies responded to a call of a disturbance
near the 10000 block of Stelling Road. Subsequent investigation
revealed that a subject was unable to care for himself due to being
under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The subject was
arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Vandalism - Bollinger Road
Between 5:00 PM on 6/25 and 7:00 PM on 6/29, unknown suspect(s)
relocated two soccer goals damaging them at Hyde Middle School on
Bollinger Road. The total amount of damage was about $2660.
