suspect(s) took two Apple iPods for a total loss of about $450.

an unlocked vehicle parked in the 21000 block of Corte Madera Lane.
The suspect(s) took clothing, binoculars, CD's and a camera with
equipment for a total loss of about $1110.

suspect(s) took an Apple iPod worth about $100.

block of Beardon Drive. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit and Bluetooth
earpiece for a total loss of about $1190.
Grand Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 7:00 PM and 7:40 PM on 6/30, unknown suspect(s) took a locked
bicycle from in front of Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The bike
was worth about $450.
Vehicle Burglary/Credit Card Theft - Homestead Road
Between 6:00 PM and 7:45 PM on 7/3, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger windows of three vehicles parked at Homestead High
School on Homestead Road. The suspect(s) took two laptops with the
bags, a purse with a wallet containing credit cards, a U.S. passport,
a camera and a backpack for a total loss of about $5380.
Vandalism - Homestead Road
Between 12:00 AM and 1:20 AM on 7/6, unknown suspect(s) scratched a
vehicle parked at Homestead Lanes on Homestead Road with an unknown
tool. The total amount of damage was about $8000.
Vehicle Burglary - Infinite Loop
Between 10:00 AM and 6:25 PM on 7/2, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the driver's window of a vehicle parked at Apple on Infinite Loop.
The suspect(s) took an Apple iPod worth about $120.
Grand Theft - Via Sorrento
Between 9:00 PM on 7/4 and 10:00 AM on 7/5, unknown suspect(s)
entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Via
Sorrento. The suspect(s) took a cell phone worth about $500.
Grand Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 12:40 PM and 1:20 PM on 7/1, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked at JcPenney on Wolfe Road. The suspects took
a wallet containing credit cards and cash, sunglasses and a Bluetooth
earpiece for a total loss of about $575.
Grand Theft - Wolfe Road
Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM on 7/2, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked at Cupertino Square Mall on Wolfe Road. The
suspect(s) took a laptop, uncashed checks and credit cards for a
total loss of about $41200.
Trespassing - Pruneridge Avenue
At 12:15 AM on 7/3, deputies responded to a call of a subject
trespassing at the Hampton apartments on Pruneridge Avenue.
Subsequent investigation revealed the suspect was trespassing. The
suspect was cited and released.
Residential Burglary - Melissa Court
Between 11:00 AM and 3:30 PM on 7/2, unknown suspect(s) entered a
residence in the 10000 block of Melissa Court using an unknown
method. The suspect(s) took a three laptops, cash, collector trains,
a camera, miscellaneous jewelry and a PSP for a total loss of about
$20975.
Grand Theft - City of Cupertino
At 8:30 AM on 6/26, the victim paid the suspect over the internet for
a vacation rental property in Switzerland. The suspect removed the
advertisement and became unavailable. The total amount of the loss
was about $2173.
Trespassing - Yorkshire Drive
At 11:30 PM on 7/2, deputies responded to a call at Regnart School on
Yorkshire Drive for suspicious persons. Subsequent investigation
revealed six persons were trespassing. All suspects were cited and
released.
Identity/Credit Card Theft - City of Cupertino
Between 6/24 and 7/3, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's
information to open a credit card over the internet. The suspect(s)
used the credit card in Anaheim for about $290.
Petty/Credit Card Theft - White Fir Court
At 2:00 PM on 6/27, unknown suspect(s) took a wallet containing
credit cards and cash from a residence in the 21000 block of White
Fir Court. The suspect(s) used a credit card at Long's on De Anza
Boulevard for about $300. The total loss was about $310.
Stolen Vehicle - De Anza Boulevard
Between 3:45 PM and 3:58 PM on 7/1, unknown suspect(s) took a vehicle
that was parked at Subway on De Anza Boulevard. The vehicle had an
unknown value.
Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale
/Marijuana/Parapher nalia/Burglary Tools/Probation Hold/ Possession of
Stolen Property - De Anza Boulevard and Fallen Leaf
At 3:23 PM on 6/30, deputies stopped a motorist near De Anza
Boulevard and Fallen Leaf Lane for a traffic violation. Subsequent
investigation revealed the driver was in possession of a controlled
substance for sale, paraphernalia, Marijuana, and the passenger was
in possession of burglary tools and stolen property. Both suspects
were placed on a probation hold and arrested and booked into Main
Jail.
Recovered Stolen Vehicle - Price Avenue
At 12:00 AM on 6/30, deputies responded to a call of an abandoned
vehicle parked in the 19000 block of Price Avenue. Subsequent
investigation recovered a stolen vehicle from San Mateo. The suspect
(s) is at large.
Grand Theft - Miller Avenue
Between 9:00 PM on 6/23 and 9:00 AM on 6/24, unknown suspect(s) took
an unlocked bicycle from the 10000 block of Miller Avenue. The bike
was worth about $600.
Petty Theft - Glenview Avenue
Between 3:00 PM on 6/28 and 12:00 PM on 6/29, unknown suspect(s) took
an unlocked bicycle from the 10000 block of Glenview Avenue. The bike
was worth about $160.
Grand Theft - Rodrigues Avenue
Between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM on 7/1, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked in the 20000 block of Rodrigues Avenue. The
suspect(s) took a purse with a wallet containing credit cards and a
cell phone for a total loss of about $209.
Attempted Burglary/Stolen Vehicle/Possession of Stolen
Property/Burglary Tools - Finch Avenue
At 12:01 AM on 7/4, deputies responded to an alarm call at Cupertino
High School on Finch Avenue. Deputies saw a subject on the rooftop
that fled the scene. Subsequent investigation recovered a stolen
vehicle from San Jose in the parking lot. Deputies located the
subject and he had the key to the stolen vehicle, was in possession
of stolen property and burglary tools. The suspect was arrested and
booked into Main Jail.
Vehicle Burglary - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 1:25 PM and 1:40 PM on 7/6, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the driver's window of a vehicle parked at Scandinavian Designs on
Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a credit card for an
unknown value.
