on Stelling Avenue. The suspect(s) took a book bag containing
assorted books, and a purse containing a cell phone and credit cards
for a total loss of about $815.

Between 7/21 and 9/8, unknown suspect(s) took a social security and a
naturalization card from the victim's vehicle in Sacramento using an
unknown method. The suspect(s) used the victim's information to open
credit accounts in Sacramento and over the internet for a total loss
of about $2500. The victim lives in Cupertino.

card to make purchases online in Albania, England and Italy for a

she set down while she was retrieving her car at The Hamptons on

Between 4:30 PM and 4:45 PM on 9/12, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Wolfe Road. The suspect
(s) took a wallet, cell phone, jewelry, eye glasses and a notebook
for a total loss of about $340.
Petty Theft - Bubb Road
Between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM on 9/12, unknown suspects took an
unlocked bicycle from the bicycle racks at Kennedy Middle School on
Bubb Road. The bicycle was worth about $200.

Between 8:50 AM and 5:34 PM on 9/8, unknown suspect(s) forced a side
garage window open to a residence in the 10000 block of Linda Vista
Drive. The suspect took cash, two laptops and assorted jewelry for a
total loss of about $20000.
Grand Theft - Rainbow Drive
Between 8/25 and 9/3, unknown suspect(s) took two laptops from a
residence in the 21000 block of Rainbow Drive using an unknown
method. The laptops were worth about $5500.
Vehicle Burglary - Mira Vista Road
Between 7:00 PM on 9/11 and 8:10 AM on 9/12, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the driver's window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of
Mira Vista Road. The suspect(s) took CD's and an iPhone earpiece for
a total loss of about $175.
Possession of a Controlled Substance/ Concentrated Cannabis/
Paraphernalia/ Marijuana/Hypodermi c Needles/Probation Violation -
Donegal Drive
At 8:50 AM on 9/13, deputies served a felony warrant and conducted a
probation search of the suspect in the 7000 block of Donegal Drive.
Subsequent investigation revealed the suspect was in possession of a
controlled substance, concentrated Cannabis, paraphernalia,
Marijuana, hypodermic needles and in violation of probation. The
suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Misuse of a Disabled Person's Placard - De Anza Boulevard
At 9:20 PM on 9/9, deputies contacted the driver of a vehicle at
Long's Drugs on De Anza Boulevard. Subsequent investigation revealed
the driver parked in a disabled parking space using a disabled
placard without being or transporting a disabled person. The suspect
was cited and released.
Vandalism - Rose Blossom Drive
Between 10:00 PM on 9/11 and 9:30 AM on 9/12, unknown suspect(s)
broke the driver's window of a vehicle parked in the 900 block of
Rose Blossom Drive. The total amount of damage was unknown.
Identity Theft - City of Cupertino
Between 7/10 and 9/8, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's
information to open a credit account in Sacramento but was denied.
The victim lives in Cupertino.
Petty Theft - Bollinger Road
At 11:55 AM on 9/11, the suspect entered the boy's locker room
unattended and took three wallets from backpacks containing cash and
game cards at Hyde Middle School on Bollinger Road. The total amount
of loss was about $40.
Vehicle Burglary - Cold Harbor Drive
Between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM on 9/11, unknown suspect(s) pulled down
the driver's window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Cold
Harbor Drive. The suspect(s) took the vehicle's stereo equipment for
a total loss of about $850.
Vehicle Burglary - Price Avenue and Blaney Avenue
Between 10:00 PM and 11:55 PM on 9/11, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the driver's window of a vehicle parked at Price Avenue and
Blaney Avenue. The suspect(s) took the vehicle's stereo and an iPod
for a total loss of about $800.
Vehicle Burglary/Petty Theft - Johansen Drive
Between 10:00 PM on 9/11 and 5:55 AM on 9/12, unknown suspect(s)
broke through the driver's window of a vehicle and entered another
unlocked vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Johansen Drive. The
suspect(s) took the vehicle's stereo, cash, CD's, tools, a purse and
sunglasses for a total loss of about $890.

Between 5:50 PM on 9/11 and 6:50 AM on 9/12, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the driver's window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of
Culbertson Drive. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit for a total loss of
about $130.
Vehicle Burglary - East Estates Drive
Between 10:30 AM on 9/11 and 8:45 AM on 9/12, unknown suspect(s)
broke through the passenger window of a vehicle parked in the 800
block of East Estates Drive. The suspect(s) took a cell phone for an
unknown value.
Vandalism - Finch Avenue
Between 8:00 PM on 9/11 and 10:25 AM on 9/12, unknown suspect(s)
broke the driver's window of a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of
Finch Avenue. The total amount of damage was about $400.
Stolen Vehicle - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM on 9/12, unknown suspect(s) stole a
vehicle parked at Moyo Group on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The vehicle
had an unknown value.
Vandalism - Whitney Way
At 8:20 PM on 9/14, unknown suspect(s) threw eggs at a vehicle parked
in the 10000 block of Whitney Way. The total amount of damage was
about $350.
