The suspect(s) took a GPS unit for a total loss of about $300. BEAT AREA C2 Nothing to report BEAT AREA C3 Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road Between 8:45 AM and 7:00 PM on 6/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through the passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Rite Aid on Homestead Road. The suspect(s) took a GPS Unit for a total loss of about $250. Possession of a Weapon at School - Homestead Road At 5:55 PM on 6/11, deputies responded to a call of a wanted subject at Homestead High School on Homestead Road. Deputies stopped the subject. Credit Card Theft - Wolfe Road Between 5:09 PM and 5:59 PM on 5/31, the suspect used the victim's credit card at Sears Automotive Center on Wolfe Road for a total loss of about $67. The suspect is at large. Arson/Commercial Burglary/Vandalism - Wolfe Road At 7:58 PM on 6/14, deputies responded to a call of a fire at Cupertino Square on Wolfe Road. Subsequent investigation revealed unknown suspect(s) burned a fence, broke into a storage shed and cut a hole in another fence. The total amount of loss was unknown. BEAT AREA C6 Nothing to report BEAT AREA C7 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance/Possession of Paraphernalia/Violation of Probation - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Mary Avenue At 9:37 AM on 6/8, deputies stopped a bicyclist at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Mary Avenue for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation revealed the rider was under the influence of a controlled substance, in possession of paraphernalia and in violation of probation. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail. Credit Card Theft - City of Cupertino Between 10:00 PM on 6/6 and 1:00 AM on 6/7, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's credit card in Sunnyvale for an unknown amount of loss. The victim lives in Cupertino. Vandalism - McClellan Road Between 7:20 PM and 7:25 PM on 6/13, unknown suspect(s) broke two mail boxes and four fences to numerous residences in the 21000 block of McClellan Road. The total amount of damage was about $700. Vandalism - Granada Avenue Between 11:00 AM on 6/11 and 11:00 AM on 6/14, unknown suspect(s) spray painted on the outside wall of a residence in the 21000 block of Granada Avenue. Petty/Credit Card Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard Between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on 6/10, unknown suspect(s) stole a wallet from an unattended purse at Dr. Michael Shuck's Dental Office on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The wallet contained assorted credit cards and currency for a total loss of about $210. The suspect(s) used a credit card in Cupertino and San Jose for a total loss of about $139. Vehicle Burglary/Vandalism - Stevens Creek Boulevard Between 7:45 PM and 8:05 PM on 6/10, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows to three vehicles parked at Arya Global Cuisine on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect(s) entered tow of the vehicle and took two laptops and the bag and a gym bag for a total loss of about $4190. Vehicle Burglary - Sterling Boulevard Between 10:00 PM on 6/12 and 11:50 AM on 6/13, unknown suspect(s) entered a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Sterling Boulevard using an unknown method. The suspect(s) ransacked the vehicle only.
