Have you received responses to your query on the death of Andy Murcko? I considered your question at length, wondering what would make anyone submit this request so long after the event, with the wrong date, at this site. I agree that things do not add up. The timing was extraordinarily odd, as is the timing of your query. That was Andy—all things were not as they appeared. I prefer the official cause of death, or even your theory, to what I was told. So I alternate between wanting to know the truth and simply letting him rest in peace with no questions asked. Email me
