Lula
Houpt died on December 16, 2011 in Cupertino, CA after a fall and a
short illness. She had looked forward to her 100th birthday in August
with great anticipation. The family visits and the parties were a huge
success. Her husband of sixty-three years, John Harlan Houpt, died in
1995. Surviving her are daughters, Regena Hilbrich (Glenn), Georgia
Evans (Fred-dec'd.), six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She enjoyed a long and a full life, and was very much loved by her
family and her friends.
