Robert Roy Wyckoff 7/14/32 – 9/25/09 Born in San Francisco, Bob graduated from Burlingame High ('50) and Stanford University (Business BA '54 / MBA '56). Bob served as a US Army Lieutenant before working at Aerojet in Rancho , CA. He then moved to Sunnyvale, working for 25 years at Sylvania / GTE Government Systems as a Contracts Administrator, eventually managing several departments as Director of Administration before retiring in 1991. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Annette, brother Bruce Wyckoff (wife, Mary) of Redwood City, children Richard Wyckoff (wife, Wendy) of Los Gatos, David Wyckoff (wife, Linda) of Cupertino, and Jill Taylor (husband, Erik) of San Jose. Also survived by grand-daughters Sarah and Amy Wyckoff, and Alyssa and Katie Taylor. Bob was loved dearly by his family and friends, and will be greatly missed. The family would like to extend its appreciation to Dr. Bradley Hill and the ICU staff at Kaiser Hospital, Santa Clara. Memorial Service will be held at Valley Church, 10885 N. Stelling Rd, Cupertino on Saturday, October 3rd at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the American Heart Association , or Hands of Hope Orphanages, Zimbabwe, c/o Valley Church, Cupertino.
