Marjorie Perkins, 89, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 19, 2008, at her home in Cupertino, Calif.
She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Shumaker Kop (husband Rodney Kop) of Sunnyvale, Calif., and Beverly Shumaker Schlesser of Stockton, Calif.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She lived in Oxnard and Port Hueneme from 1957 to 2005, working at the Point Mugu NAS and Port Hueneme Navy Base for 27 years before retiring.
She was dearly beloved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
A family celebration of her life is planned for December 2008.
