Between 9:00 AM on 3/12 and 10:00 AM on 3/13, unknown suspect(s) broke into a storage unit at an apartment complex in the 21000 block of Homestead Road using an unknown method. The suspect(s) took clothing, luggage and a tent for a total loss of about $100.

Between 12/7/08 and 1/21/09, unknown suspect(s) opened three credit accounts in the victim's name over the internet for a total loss of about $5700. The suspect(s) used the accounts in Riverbank and Pittsburg, California.
Vandalism - Colby Drive
Between 8:30 PM on 3/13 and 9:00 AM on 3/14, unknown suspect(s) took the emblem from a vehicle parked in the 13000 block of Colby Drive. The total amount of damage was about $200.
Recovered Stolen Vehicle/Unlicensed Driver - Homestead Road and Tantau Avenue
At 1:29 PM on 3/10, deputies stopped a motorist at Homestead Road and Tantau Avenue for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation revealed the driver was driving a stolen vehicle and was unlicensed. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Grand Theft - Tantau Avenue
Between 5:00 PM on 3/12 and 12:00 PM on 3/13, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Tantau Avenue. The suspect(s) took the vehicle's stereo, a GPS unit and assorted currency for a total loss of about $2610.
Transportation/ Possession of Marijuana for Sale/ Paraphernalia - Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 8:55 PM on 3/14, deputies contacted the driver of a suspicious vehicle parked at Elephant Bar on Stevens Creek Boulevard. Subsequent investigation revealed the driver was transporting and in possession of Marijuana for sale and paraphernalia. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Grand Theft - Johnson Avenue
Between 4:00 PM on 3/11 and 9:30 AM on 3/12, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Johnson Avenue. The suspect(s) took assorted tools for a total loss of about $1125.
Petty Theft - Torre Avenue
Between 3:00 PM and 3:10 PM on 3/15, unknown suspect(s) took assorted currency from an unattended purse at Cupertino Library on Torre Avenue. The total amount of loss was about $100.
