Petty/Credit Card Theft - Alves Drive
Between 1:00 PM on 10/10 and 8:00 PM on 10/12, unknown suspect(s)
took the victim's wallet containing cash and credit cards from a
locker at YMCA on Alves Drive using an unknown method. The suspect(s)
used one of the credit cards in Cupertino, Santa Clara and Sunnyvale
for a total loss of about $17000.

Officer/Destruction of Evidence - City of Cupertino
At 11:10 PM on 10/13, deputies contacted a subject at Riddle Road in
San Jose for questioning regarding her involvement in a residential
burglary that occurred in Cupertino. Subsequent investigation
revealed the subject was in violation of probation, under the
influence and in possession of a controlled substance and
paraphernalia, resisted a Peace Officer, and destroyed evidence. The
suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Possession of Marijuana - Valley Green Drive
At 8:26 PM on 10/13, deputies responded to a call of a suspicious
vehicle parked at Valley Green Apartments on Valley Green Drive.
Subsequent investigation revealed a passenger was in possession of
Marijuana. The suspect was cited and released.
Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road
Between 6:00 PM on 10/14 and 10:00 AM on 10/15, unknown suspect(s)
broke through the driver's side window of a vehicle parked at Villa
Serra Apartments on Homestead Road. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit
and purse containing credit cards, cash and a cell phone for a total
loss of about $320.
Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road
Between 8:00 PM on 10/15 and 8:20 AM on 10/16, unknown suspect(s)
broke through the driver's side window of a vehicle parked in the
21000 block of Homestead Road. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit worth
about $300.
Brandishing a Deadly Weapon - Homestead Road
At 10:45 AM on 10/18, an unknown suspect threatened and brandished a
knife to the driver of a parked vehicle at Villa Serra Apartments on
Homestead Road. The suspect fled and is at large.
Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 12:55 AM and 1:08 PM on 10/18, unknown suspect(s) took a
purse that was left unattended at Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard.
The victim recovered the purse. The suspect(s) took the wallet
containing cash and credit cards for a total loss of about $5.
Vandalism/Attempted Commercial Burglary - Portal Avenue
Between 5:00 PM on 10/12 and 9:15 AM on 10/13, unknown suspect(s)
broke a fluorescent light, attempted to pry open a door to the
nitrogen gas tank room and wrote with crayon on a wall at Theodore A.
Floor, D.D.S. on Portal Avenue. The total amount of damage was about
$20.
Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on 10/19, unknown suspect(s) entered an
unlocked vehicle parked at Chuck E. Cheese on Stevens Creek
Boulevard. The suspect(s) took a purse containing credit cards and a
cell phone for a total loss of about $90.
Vehicle Burglary - Wolfe Road
Between 8:30 PM and 9:10 PM on 10/13, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the driver's side window of a vehicle parked at TGIF's on
Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) took a laptop and bag containing a
passport for a total loss of about $2020.
Vehicle Burglary - Wolfe Road
Between 4:45 PM and 9:40 PM on 10/14, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Sears on
Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) took the vehicle's stereo system and a
backpack containing books for a total loss of about $3745.
Vehicle Burglary - Wolfe Road
Between 4:45 PM and 9:40 PM on 10/15, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Cupertino
Village on Wolfe Road. The suspect(s) took a suitcase containing two
checkbooks for a total loss of about $60.
Petty Theft - Wolfe Road
At 10:10 AM on 10/17, the suspect took about $400 worth of store
items from Sears on Wolfe Road. Sears Loss Prevention attempted to
stop the suspect. The suspect fled and is at large.
Vehicle Burglary - Pruneridge Avenue
Between 6:00 PM on 10/17 and 9:00 AM on 10/18, unknown suspect(s)
broke through the driver's side window of a vehicle parked at The
Hamptons on Pruneridge Avenue. The suspect(s) took a GPS unit worth
about $178.
Theft from Employer/Forgery - Elenda Drive
Between 3/13/2007 and 9/5/2008, the suspect was an employee of the
victim in the 20000 block of Elenda Drive. The suspect forged checks
in the victim's name for a total loss of about $34000. The suspect
is at large.
Vandalism - Miller Avenue
Between 1:00 AM and 1:15 AM on 10/13, unknown suspect(s) broke the
passenger window and windshield of a vehicle parked at Fountainbleu
Apartments on Miller Avenue. The total amount of damage was about
$600.
Commercial Burglary - Finch Avenue
Between 2:30 AM and 3:30 AM on 10/12, unknown suspect(s) pried open a
metal roll up door to a snack bar at Cupertino High School on Finch
Avenue. The suspect(s) took assorted snacks worth about $60.
Petty Theft - Estates Drive
Between 7:00 PM on 10/13 and 2:00 PM on 10/14, unknown suspect(s)
took a license plate from a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of
Estates Drive. The license plate was worth about $25.
Vehicle Burglary - Richwood Drive
Between 6:30 PM and 9:30 PM on 10/14, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger side window of a vehicle parked at Sushi Kitsho
on Richwood Drive. The suspect(s) took a laptop and bag containing
uncashed checks for a total loss of about $3200.
Robbery/Battery on School Grounds - Finch Avenue
At 10:45 AM on 10/17, the suspect fought with the victim at Cupertino
High School on Finch Avenue. The suspect took the victim's cell
phone. The suspect fled and is at large.
Petty Theft - Alves Drive
Between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM pn 10/19, unknown suspect(s) took a
wallet from an unlocked locker at YMCA on Alves Drive. The wallet
contained credit cards, assorted jewelry and cash for a total loss of
about $209.
