Between 8:30 PM on 7/15 and 8:30 PM on 7/16, unknown suspect (s)
spray painted on signs at The Forum on Cristo Rey Drive. The total
amount of damage was about $399.
Credit Card Theft/Burglary - City of Cupertino
At 8:15 PM on 7/15, the suspect used the victim's credit card in
Hayward for about $40. The suspect is at large. The victim lives in
Cupertino.
Vandalism - Peninsula Drive
Between 11:30 PM on 7/19 and 8:00 AM on 7/20, unknown suspect(s)
keyed a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Peninsula Drive. The
total amount of damage was about $400.
Petty Theft - Stokes Avenue
Between 8:30 PM on 7/17 and 6:30 AM on 7/18, unknown suspect(s)
entered three unlocked vehicles parked in the 10000 block of Stokes
Avenue. The suspect(s) took change, a roadside kit, and sunglasses

Between 5:00 PM on 7/17 and 8:30 AM on 7/18, unknown suspect(s)
entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Noel Avenue.
The suspect(s) took the vehicle's stereo, a cell phone and the
charger for a total loss of about $450.

Between 6:30 PM on 7/17 and 8:10 AM on 7/18, unknown suspect(s)

Drive. The suspect(s) took an Apple iPod, sunglasses and CD's for a

Between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM on 7/11, unknown suspect(s) took a laptop
form a vehicle parked at Goodyear Tires on De Anza Boulevard using an
unknown method. The laptop was worth about $2500.
Grand Theft - Greenleaf Drive
At 12:15 PM on 7/14, the suspect took a lawn mower from the yard of a
residence in the 20000 block of Greenleaf Drive. The lawn mower was
worth about $1000. The suspect fled and is at large.
Stolen Vehicle - De Anza Boulevard
At 5:00 PM on 7/14, two suspects stole a vehicle from the 76 Gas
Station on De Anza Boulevard while attempting to purchase it. The
vehicle had an unknown value.
Vehicle Burglary - Alves Drive
Between 8:15 PM and 9:10 PM on 7/15, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Tomokazi Restaurant on
Alves Drive. The suspect(s) took a roadside kit worth about $30.

Between 8:15 PM and 9:10 PM on 7/18, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Tomokazi Restaurant on
Alves Drive. The suspect(s) took a briefcase containing 3 checkbooks,
personal papers and medical paperwork for an unknown value.
Vehicle Burglary - Homestead Road
Between 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM on 7/18, unknown suspect(s) broke through
the passenger window of a vehicle parked at Gochi's Restaurant on
Homestead Road. The suspect(s) took a laptop and the bag worth about
$2650.
Residential Burglary - Northglen Square
Between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM on 7/19, unknown suspect(s) entered a
residence in the 20000 block of Northglen Square through an open
front door. The suspect(s) took a laptop worth about $1200.
Vandalism - Elmsford Drive
At 9:05 AM on 7/14, the suspect threw a railroad spike through the
sliding glass window of a residence in the 1100 block of Elmsford
Drive. The total amount of damage was about $400. The suspect was
arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Grand Theft - Bubb Road
Between 12:00 PM on 7/10 and 8:00 AM on 7/14, unknown suspect(s) took
a laptop from an office at UC Santa Cruz Extension on Bubb Road using
an unknown method. The laptop was worth about $1600.
Furnishing Marijuana/Contribut ing to Delinquency of a Minor - Santa
Paula Avenue
At 12:30 AM on 7/17, deputies responded to of a call of a burglary in
progress in the 22000 block of Santa Paula Avenue. Subsequent
investigation revealed the suspect furnished marijuana and
contributed to the delinquency of a minor. The suspect was arrested
and booked into Main Jail.
Commercial Burglary - McClellan Road
At 11:45 PM on 7/18, the suspect opened a locked door an attempted to
open a safe at New Life Church on McClellan Road. The suspect was
arrested and booked into Main Jail.
Identity Theft - City of Cupertino
On 7/11, unknown suspect(s) used the victim's information to open a
line of credit on an internet site and made a purchase for about
$15. The victim lives in Cupertino.
Vehicle Burglary - Ferngrove Drive and Shandygrove Drive
Between 12:25 PM and 12:40 PM on 7/14, unknown suspect(s) broke
through the passenger window of a vehicle parked near Ferngrove Drive
and Shandygrove Drive. The suspect(s) took a purse containing credit
cards worth about $220.
Petty/Credit Card Theft - Finch Avenue
Between 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM on 7/7, unknown suspect(s) took the
victim's wallet from a locker at Cupertino High School on Finch
Avenue. The suspect(s) used the credit cards in Sunnyvale for a total
loss of about $94.
Vehicle Burglary/Conspiracy - Stevens Creek Boulevard and Torre Avenue
At 6:25 PM on 7/16, two suspects broke through the passenger window
of a vehicle parked at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Torre Avenue. The
suspects took the vehicle's stereo and CD's worth about $390. The
suspects fled and are at large.
Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 12:30 PM on 7/14 and 5:00 PM on 7/15, unknown suspect(s) took
a wallet from the victim's purse in the 19000 block of Stevens Creek
Boulevard using an unknown method. The wallet was worth about $50.
Recovered Stolen Vehicle/Possession of a Controlled Substance/Stolen
Property - Stern Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard
At 2:30 AM on 7/20, deputies stopped a motorist near Stern Avenue and
Stevens Creek Boulevard for a traffic violation. Subsequent
investigation recovered a stolen vehicle from CHP, a passenger was in
possession of a controlled substance, and another passenger was in
possession of stolen property. Two suspects were arrested and booked
into Main Jail. Three suspects were cited and released to their
parents.
Vehicle Burglary - Portal Avenue
Between 9:00 PM on 7/19 and 8:40 AM on 7/20, unknown suspect(s)
entered a vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Portal Avenue using an
unknown method. The suspect(s) took a purse containing cash and
credit cards worth about $100.
