The CIF Southern Section Masters Meet was bittersweet for Madison Fitzgerald.The senior from tiny Downey Calvary Chapel High, competing against swimmers from Southern California's biggest schools and most successful programs, finished first in the 50-yard freestyle (23.40) and sixth in the 100 free (52.45).
