Peggy Madison Cotter April 24, 1951 - June 24, 2009 Peggy died at home in Foster City after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by son Greg, daughter Nancy, husband Barry, father Walter and brother Patrick. She will be missed by her many friends and family. A Memorial Service will be held at MCC Church in San Mateo, July 12 at 3p.m.
