Estorfio Burboa
Estorfio Burboa, 78, passed away on Aug. 21, 2008, in Glendale Adventist Medical Center.
Estorfio was born in Santa Paula, on Sept. 30, 1929, to Jose Maria Burboa and Santos Flores. He was a lifelong resident of Ventura County.
He was a man that worked very hard to help his kids. Estorfio was a veteran. He served in the army for a few years. He was a man that would like telling jokes to his friends and family, he would make us all laugh from his jokes. He was a loving and caring person to be around. He had many friends and family that supported him through all his life.
To all the people that donated, thank you and God bless you always, Love the Burboa Family.
Estorfio is survived by his loving wife, Virginia Burboa; three sons, Ruben, Freddie, and Frankie Burboa; granddaughter, Destinee; sisters, Gordy and Trini Burboa.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., today, Tuesday, Aug. 26, with a rosary to be recited at 7 p.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Santa Paula. The Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Santa Paula. Interment to follow at Pierce Bros. Santa Paula Cemetery in Santa Paula.

BUCK-Richard Earl Buck, passed away on August 5, 2008, surrounded by his family.
Born on March 10, 1946 in Los Angeles, California, he was a 33 year resident of
Hacienda Heights and a 41 year employee of the United States Postal Service in
Pasadena. He had a love of coaching, magic, the theater, and the Angeles.
Richard is survived by his loving wife Janice of 40 years, sons David and Jim
Buck, daughter-in-laws Nancy and Nikki Buck, mother Jean Buck, sisters, Jan
Gluskin, Mical Buck, and Carole Kortekaas, brothers Skip and Stephen Buck.
Richard leaves four grandchildren Carly, Sarah, Matthew, and Sydney Buck who
love and will miss their Baba very much. Services will be held at Forest Lawn in
Glendale. The viewing will be Tuesday, August 12 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. The
funeral will be Wednesday, August 13 at 12:30pm at Little Church of the Flowers.
