 POLHEMUS, John Stewart
Born February 25, 1940, in Glendale, Calif., passed
away in Sacramento, Calif., on September 16, 2008. John was a 1958 graduate from
North Eugene High School. John worked 31 years for Sacramento County. He retired
in 2003 as principal at Sacramento Juvenile Hall. He also was a basketball coach
at Rio Americano High School. He is survived by his wife Ching Tam, stepdaughter
Mandy Lee, sister Marijane Allee, brother-in-law Bob Allee, nephew Andrew Allee,
Rob Allee, wife Heather Truro, great-niece Shoshone Allee, great-nephew Ralley
Allee, son Mark Polhemus and daughter Julie Polhemus. Friends are invited to a
celebration of life on Sunday, Sept. 28, at 1:00 p.m. at the Rio Americano gym.
