FFOLKES-PECOT, Karen Marie Late of Glendale, California (40 years old), passed
away peacefully on Sunday, August 31, 2008, surrounded by family and friends
after a brave two-year battle with cancer, leaving husband, Jeffrey Pecot;
parents, Eugene and Greta Ffolkes (Jamaica); sisters, Sharon Abrahams (Canada),
Michelle Brown (Canada), Suzanne Goldson (Jamaica); and brother, Eugene Anthony
Ffolkes, Jr. (Jamaica); brothers-in-law; sister-in-law; nephews, William Panton
(Canada), James Alex Ffolkes Goldson (Jamaica), Jonathan Brown (Canada), Matthew
Abrahams (Canada), Peter-John Goldson (Jamaica), Justin Ffolkes (Jamaica) and
David Goldson (Jamaica); and nieces, Leah Abrahams (Canada), Gizelle Panton
(Canada), Stephanie Abrahams (Canada), and Abigail FFolkes (Jamaica); in
particular her aunt, Dr. Betty Anderson; uncles and aunts, cousins, and friends.
Celebration of Life to be held on Saturday, September 6, 2008, 1:00 p.m. at
First Evangelical Church Glendale, 522 W. Broadway, Glendale, CA 91204, followed
by interment at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, 6300 Forest Lawn Dr., Los Angeles,
CA 90068.
