MCMILLAN, D.D.S., William A long time resident of Glendale, William (Bud) passed away on September 20, 2008 at the age of 91. Dr. McMillan was a distinguished oral surgeon in Glendale for over 35 years. He was preceded in death by Eleanor, his wife of 61 years. He is survived by four children, Mary Ellen Tracy (John). William McMillan III (Maren), Ralph McMillan (Ginny) and James McMillan, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A memorial mass will be held at Incarnation Church, 1001 N. Brand Blvd., Glendale, CA. on Friday, September 26 at 11:00 a.m.
