In Mtn. View, CA on June 2, 2010. Beloved husband of 46 years of Patricia Dickey; loving father of: Barbara (Tom) Martinez, and Allison Dickey (fiance: Scot Murray); dear grandfather of: Matthew and Andrew Martinez; and devoted brother of: Dr. William Dickey and Maryann Somerville.
A resident of Los Altos, age 71 yrs; a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and a member of the Los Altos Golf and Country Club.
At the family's request, Funeral Services will be private. Friends are invited to attend a reception on Weds., June 9, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Spooncer Hall at St. Simon's Church, 1860 Grant Rd., Los Altos. Contributions in his memory may be made to the college fund for his grandsons at: The Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union, 852 N. 1st St., San Jose, CA 95112 to the account of: Matthew P. Martinez and John P. Dickey.
