 GARRETT LEWIS LEANDRO MAY 25, 1992 - JULY 3, 2009 Garrett Lewis Leandro was born
in Modesto, California. He left to be with the Lord in Waterford, California.
Garrett was a member of FFA. He loved football and was co-captain of the team
last year. He also loved camping, fishing, racing quads, snowboarding, and most
of all, he adored his family and friends. He of course loved girls. He was
fiercely loyal to his family and friends. Garrett once told one of his friends
that God had sent him here to watch over his friends and he always will. Garrett
is survived by his parents, Joe and Stacey Leandro, grandparents, Bob and Zelma
Souza of Hickman and Pat and Mike Kelly of Modesto, great grandma, Louise Dunham
of Modesto, Aunts and Uncles, Rosemary and Tony Silva, Kim and Jeff Souza, Irene
and Tom Ulm, Chris and Clara Souza, Frank and Anna Leandro, and Trisha Tobin of
Merced, Cousins, Danny Tobin, Matthew Tobin of Merced, and numerous additional
cousins. Garrett is preceded in death by his older brother Joseph Leandro,
grandfather, Joseph Luis Leandro, and great-grand- father, Lewis Dunham. A
memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2009, 10:00 AM at St
Anthony's Catholic Church at 7820 Fox Rd., Hughson. Arrangements are being
