GRACE MARIA PERALTA OCT 2, 1946 - MAY 19, 2009 Grace Maria Peralta passed away
at the age of 62 at Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson. Grace was born in
Szczecin, Poland and moved to the United States at the age of 16. She worked
hard to adapt to life in her new country, and became a success as a Client
Services Officer in the Treasury Management Office with Wells Fargo in San
Francisco. Grace was always there for the ones she loved. Second only to the
love she had for her husband, family, and friends, was her passion for
gardening, cooking and her many pets. Gracie treasured her life, her family and
her relationships. She is survived by her husband Richard Peralta; daughter
Michelle Bell; son, Sean Bell; grandson Kiefer Kristiansen, all of Modesto;
sister-in-law Linda Vogelsang and her husband Fred of Stockton. A visitation
will be held Thursday, May 21, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Franklin & Downs
Ceres Chapel. A Memorial service will be held at the Chapel 10:00 AM, Friday May
22. Burial following the service at Lakewood Memorial Park. Memorials are
suggested to Alexander Cohen Hospice House of Hughson and the Animal Shelter of
Stanislaus County
