Mary Frances Riggs, 31 passed away
Saturday at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto.
Ms. Riggs was a resident
of Merced for 1 year and previously lived in Riverbank. She was a
Homemaker.
Ms. Riggs is survived by her son, Richard Ray Riggs of Merced;
parents, Robert Jasper of Modesto and Shelly Roth Jasper of Riverbank, both
former residents of Newman; brother, Mike Jasper of Modesto and uncle, Jim
Jasper of Newman. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ashley Marie
Riggs.
Private services will be at a later date.
