Voters Say “Yes” to Proposition H |
Oceanside residents showed they are a community that supports education by overwhelmingly supporting Proposition H, the Oceanside Unified School District’s $195 million school bond measure. Voters cast a whopping 71 percent of their votes in favor of the ballot measure during the Tuesday, June 3 election.
With the passing of Proposition H, the OUSD will continue modernization plans for as many as 19 campuses district-wide. Bond funds will be supplemented with state matching funds and other funding sources to help complete the work. For more information on Proposition H projects, visit www.oside.k12.ca.us/bondinfo.
The district would like to thank all those who supported this important bond measure at the polls and all those who worked tirelessly as part of the Proposition H campaign committee.
