HITTIG, Kathleen Anne
Kathy was born on November 23, 1944, in South Bend, Indiana and passed away on August 19, 2008 in Sacramento, California. In 1950 the family moved to Southern California and in 1954 to Sacramento where Kathy spent the greater part of her life. Kathy attended St. Ignatius Elementary, Loretto High School and then Flight School. She became a stewardess, for 11 years, with United Air Lines. She loved traveling and traveled to Germany and abroad. Kathy became a loving caretaker for her father and was with him until he passed away in 2002. Kathy was loved and treasured by her sisters and brothers: Heather Anselmo (George), Placerville, CA; Diane Addison (Joe) Mission Viejo, CA; Christopher Hittig (Aida), San Francisco, CA; and Craig Hittig, Sacramento, CA: nieces and nephews and their children: Neal Jensen (Joann), Steve Biondi (Mary), Celeste Webster (Michael), Michele Hanson (Jason), Bryan Addison and Lara Hittig; great-nieces & nephews: Ryan, Kristen, Dustin, Clayton, Brittany, Gianna, Samantha, Anthony, Jaime, Ryan and Mia. She was greatly loved by all of her cousins and close friends. Kathy was a member and volunteer at Christ Unity Church and the Meditation Center. Visitation and Rosary will be held at Sierra View Funeral Chapel, 6201 Fair Oaks Blvd., Carmichael on Tuesday, Aug. 26th from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. (Rosary at 7:00). Memorial Service to be held at Christ Unity Church, 9249 Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, CA, Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. Donations may be made, in Kathy's name, to Christ Unity Church.
