Oaks knocked out of state tournament Print E-mail
Somewhere between second and third base, the comeback of the Palo Alto Oaks fell short. While there were many instances in Saturday morning's state tournament elimination game that might have led to the Oaks' 7-6 loss at Baylands Athletic Center in Palo Alto, it was there in the bottom of the seventh that Sean Scott was tagged out after hitting a ball down the right-field line and trying to advance to third. click here for more
