Jurors fail to reach verdict in homicides. A Superior Court judge declared a mistrial Wednesday in the so-called "Dead Presidents" trial for John Adrian Ramirez after jurors could not reach unanimous verdicts on most of the charges.
Jurors reached little consensus on Ramirez's role in the July 2000 quadruple homicide on West Vine Street in San Bernardino.
The six-man, six-woman jury reached only two verdicts - not guilty of first-degree murder in two of the deaths.
Jurors were deadlocked on the rest of the charges.
