COLLEEN ELAINE SMITH, 58, a resident of Yucaipa for 9 years, passed away on
September 25, 2008, in San Bernardino. Colleen was born in San Bernardino on
July 9, 1950. She was a Medical Practice Office Administrator for 35 years with
Inland Hematology/Oncology Medical Group. She enjoyed many activities, including
gardening and country western dancing. She also enjoyed hiking, biking and
boating. She loved the outdoors, nature and wildlife. She be longed to various
charitable organizations, including the ASPCA, National Wildlife Federation and
Ocean Concervency. The times she loved most were traveling with her husband in
their recreational vehicle to many beautiful destinations and special times with
family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Terry Smith of
Yucaipa; daughter, Marlo Ann Smith of Claremont; mother, Patricia Zrelak of
Highland; her sisters, Sally Z. Craig & husband, Curtis of San Bernardino,
Janice Cannon & husban d, Tim of Rialto, and Barbara Zrelak Rickman and
husband, Frank of Rialto; nieces, Heidi Saunders of San Bernardino, Pamela
Parker of Rancho Cucamonga and Dena Cannon of Rialto; nephews, Ryan Craig of San
Bernardino, Bradley & Patrick Richmond of Rialto and Mike Parker of Rancho
Cucamonga. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, October

Mary Puente, 53, of San Bernardino passed
away Tuesday, September 23.
She was born April 22, 1955 in Jacona, Michoacan,
Mexico and later married Oscar Puente.
Visitation will take place Tuesday,
September 30 from 6 to 9 p.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Calipatria.
Rosary will be said at 7 p.m.
Funeral Mass will commence at 8 a.m. on
Wednesday, October 1 at St. Patricks Catholic Church with Father Amador Lopez
officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Mary is
survived by her husband, Oscar Puente of San Bernardino; son, Richard Anthony
Puente of San Bernardino; mother, Marcelina Rodriguez of Calipatria; brothers,
Jesus and Juanio Rodriguez, both of Calipatria; sister, Lupe "Marcy" Rodriguez
of Brawley; numerous aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.

MICHAEL ETHAN ALLEN Born December 13, 1952, in San Bernardino, CA, passed away
September 15, 2008, at his home in Fontana, CA. Life time resident of Fontana,
he was a loving devoted husband and father who loved more than anything to be
surrounded by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Debi Allen of
38 years; his daughters, Michelle Mancuso of Poway, CA, and Nicole Bulmer of
Hesperia, CA; sons-in-law, Noah Mancuso and Bobby Bulmer; four grandchildren,
Kyla and Ryan Mancuso, and Mich ael and Bobby Bulmer; mother, Judy Allen of
Golden Valley, AZ; two sisters, Cheri Haarala of Redlands, CA, and Carol Lochner
of Golden Valley, AZ; brother-in-law, Kenneth Haarala of Redlands, CA, and
countless nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. A Celebration of Mike's life will
be held at Couts Heating and Cooling Inc., 1693 Rimpau Ave., Corona, CA, on
Saturday, September 20, 2008, where he worked as a Refrigeration Technician for
many years.
