Obituary: Muriel Campagna

Muriel Elizabeth Campagna        1923 - 2008 Was called to Heaven Saturday, August 16, 2008. Muriel was born in San Francisco, CA August 23, 1923, grew up in Burlingame, CA and resided in Atherton, CA. She was survived by her husband Jasper, her three children Robert Greene and Kathy, Sharon Joseph and Bon and Bonnie Kahiri and Sid. She was also extremely proud of her five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She honorably serviced her country from 1943 - 1944 in the U.S. Navy Waves. Her assignments took her to St. Albans Naval Hospital, New York and Oak Knoll Naval Hospital, Oakland, CA. Among her many hobbies were playing tennis and jogging with her lady friends at Canada College, gardening, painting, sculpture and shopping. Evening Viewing Service on Friday, August 22, 2008 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at SNEIDER & SULLIVAN & O'CONNELL'S FUNERAL HOME, 977 So. El Camino Real in San Mateo. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
